1 THE SA-ACU MODULE

The SA-ACU module is installed into the SA-R shelf and is used for the following:

• connection of the shelf to external visual and sound alarm control units which inform an

operator about alarm conditions while operating different devices;

• connection of the devices, installed into the shelf, to the external clock source of a 2048

kHz frequency;

• connection of shelves and external devices via the RS485 interface at the centralized

management;

• replacement of the “Monitor” socket onto the front panel;

• indication of power feeding circuits of the shelf.
