Blind Spot Detection (BSD) kit function
Due to the de sign limitati on of the vehicle f rame and
side mirr or, blind spots ex ist in the side rea r area of
the car. The vehic les drive withi n the blind spot wh ich
cannot be d irectly obser ved from the side m irror will
cause tro ubles when the dr iver changing l anes.
Blind Spo t Detection Kit o ffer s steady perfor mance of
warning t he driver via the l ighted LED disp lay alert
install ed in the A-pillar o r the side mirror. L ED will be
lighted u p when system det ected relativ ely faster
vehicle d rive into the bli nd spot.

The conti nuous flashin g sign from LED dis play alert
and warni ng sound from the b uzzer will be giv en when
driver in dicated to chan ge from the trave ling lane to
the adjac ent lane which de tected a relati vely faster
vehicle d riving in the bli nd spot. The warning wi ll
continu e until the detec ted vehicle lea ve the detectio n
area. The BSD sys tem will only ope rate at the speed
above 15 km /h (4.17 MPH) for OBD plugin model .

Radar sensor installation
locate the spot for mounting hole at the
side of the rear bumper (50m m-150mm
from the corner and no less th an 500mm
height fr om the ground). Then dr ill with
the inclu ded 25mm hole saw i n counter-
clockwi se mode.
Snap the mounting bracket into the mounting hole.
Take the rea r bumper off. Insert the radar sensor in to
the mount ing bracket fro m the inner side of r ear bumper.
locate the spot for mounting hole at
the side of the rear bumper. Then dri ll
with hole saw in the inclu ded 16.5mm
counter -clockwise mo de. Snap the
radar sen sor into the moun ting bracket
and attac h the double-si de 3M sticker.
Attach the radar sensor to the mounting hole from the
inner sid e of rear bumper.
NOTIC E:
*Fron t sens ors (3 &4) only includ ed in 4 se nsor s model BSD kit.
*The co nnec tion w ay of the turning l ight w ire L/R in LEFT ha nd
drive v ehic le is op posite to the RIG HT ha nd dri ve vehicle.
*Sens ors ca nnot i nstalled with t he met al bum per and make sure
no meta ls nor w ires c over the fr ont si de of mi crowave senso rs.
Installation for Type A sensor
A-pillar LED alert installation
Take the A-pil lar trim cover off
and locat e a spot which clos e to
the sight line to the side mi rror.
Drill the L ED alert mounti ng hole
with the in cluded 15mm hol e saw
in counterclockwise mode.
Thread th e LED alert termi nal and
wire thro ugh the fresh mou nting
hole and co nnect the alert c able.
Snap the LE D alert into moun ting
hole. Then inst all the cover bac k
to the A-pil lar.
*Only o ne typ e of mou nting bracket i nclu ded in e ach BSD kit.
BSD mirror installation
Take the ext erior side mirr or off , remove the orig inal
mirror an d disassemble t he housing. Thread th e BSD
mirror ca ble through the h older out back to t he vehicle.
Replace the original mir ror with the BSD mi rror and
remount the housing. Then inst all the exterio r mirror
back to the car front door. Connect the BSD mirror with
the inclu ded adapter cab le to the main wire h arness.
Finishing installation
LED alert c an be drilled on th e
triangu lar panels on the f ront
door if a suffici ent space for
mountin g is available.
Put the buzzer on the dash and
fasten wi th included dou blesided sti cker, connect th e wires
to the control module.
