DESCRIPTION
1615 X1 eXcellent Silicone spray is a high quality odourless and colourless superfine lubricant
which possesses excellent thermal stability, for all types of general purpose lubrication
applications. It penetrates and protects metal, rubber and plastic parts.
X1 eXcellent Silicone spray is enhanced with BoroTecX™, an ultra thin film lubricant with
excellent lasting penetrating properties.
MAIN PROP ERTIES
Lubricating and protective properties - dry lubricant - stops squeaking - protects - water
resistant and repellent - good chemical resistance - non stick - no mess lubrication - H1
compliant for incidental food contact - operating temperature range: -40°C to 200°C.
RECOMMENDED USES
Lubricating cables, chains, bearings, pins, links, conveyors and hinges. Non stick for slides,
shutters, drawers, zippers. Protection of metal surfaces against rust. Lubricating locks, hinges
and other moving parts. Cleaning vinyl, plastic and rubber surfaces. Release agent for moulds
and castings. Protects locks from freezing. Ideal for use in the pharmaceutical and other clean
industries.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Ensure electrical equipment is isolated and check surfaces for compatibility prior to
application. Clean and remove old lubricant from components prior to application.
DIRECTION FOR USE
Shake aerosol before use. Spray a light film onto surf ace from 20 to 30 cm. Do not over apply.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
Apply at temperatures between 5° and 35°C.

SHELLIFE / STORAGE CONDITIONS
3 years from date of production in unopened cans, if stored in dry, well ventilated areas, not in
direct sunlight at temperatures between 5° and 35°C.
