IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS – OPERATING MANUAL
Basic safety precautions should always be followed when using electrical products, especially when children are present.
: TO AVOID THE RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK, FIRE OR INJURY TO PERSON,
ALWAYS MAKE SURE THE PRODUCT IS UNPLUGGED FROM THE ELECTRICAL OUTLET BEFORE RELOCATING, SERVICING, OR CLEANING IT.
1. Read all instructions before using this heater.
2. Connect the appliance to a single-phase AC power supply of the voltage specified on the rating label.
3. This product is intended for indoor, non-commercial, non-industrial, household use only. Do not use outdoors. Do not use the product for any other purpose.
4. This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas, and similar indoor locations. Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool.
5. Never leave this product unattended while it is in use. Always turn the product to the “OFF” position and unplug it from the electrical outlet when it is not in use.
6. Extreme caution is necessary when this heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the heater is left operating and unattended. Keep the product out of the reach of children and pets. This product is not intended to use by children. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the heater.
7. Do not use the product while sleeping or place it near a person who is sleeping.
8. Place the product on a flat, steady, stable, heat-resistant surface.
9. Do not place the product on or near surfaces that may be damaged by heat (i.e., delicate rugs, wall paper, floor coverings not made of heat-resistant material, etc.).
10. Do not place this product near flammable materials, surfaces or substances (i.e., curtains, draperies, walls, gasoline, paint, flammable liquids, etc.), as there may be a risk of fire.
11. Do not insert or place flammable materials (i.e., paper, plastic, or cardboard) in, on or near the product.
12. Use the product in a well-ventilated area. .
13. This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. If provided, use handles when moving this heater. Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9m) from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides and rear.
14. Do not touch hot surfaces. Always use the handle of the product. Use protective oven mitts or gloves to avoid burns or serious personal injury.
15. A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside.
16. Always maintain your distance from the product while it is use to avoid serious burns and personal injury
17. Never insert fingers, hair, metallic objects or any other item into the vents and openings of the product, as an electrocution, fire, and/or burn hazard exists.
18. Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock, fire, or damage to the heater.
19. Never block the air openings of the product or place it on a soft surface (i.e., a bed or a couch) where the air openings may be blocked. Wipe the air openings clean if they become clogged.
20. Do not use this product to dry or heat clothing, shoes, pipes, or any other item.
21. Do not place or expose this product to water or other liquids.
22. Do not move the product when it is heated. Allow the product to thoroughly cool before handling it.
23. Do not run cord under carpeting and do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners or the like. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.

24. To disconnect the product, turn the controls to the “OFF” position, then remove the plug from the electrical outlet. Disconnect the plug (do not pull on the Power Cord) from the electrical outlet.
25. Do not use attachments not recommended or sold by the product manufacturer, as a risk of fire, electrical shock, or serious personal injury may result.
26. Attachments, when furnished, may become hot during use. Allow any attachments to cool before handling them.
27. To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust openings in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
28. To avoid a circuit overload when using this product, do not operate another high-wattage product on the same electrical circuit.
29. Avoid the use of an extension cord because the extension cord may overheat and cause a risk of fire.
30. Do not allow the Power Cord to hang (i.e., over the edge of a table or counter) or place/run the Power Cord under rugs or in high-traffic areas where it may be tripped over or pulled.
31. Do not put any stress on the Power Cord where it connects to the product, as the Power Cord could fray and break.
32. Do not plug or unplug the product from the electrical outlet with a wet hand.
33. Keep the Power Cord and product away from heated surfaces.
34. When scrapping the heater, follow the regulations concerning the disposal of oil.
35. The heater should not be used in a room, of which the floor area is less than 5 M2.
36. Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
37. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
38. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
39. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
40. : In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
41. Heater must not be located immediately below a socket outlet.
42. Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool.
43. This heater is filled with a precise quantity of special oil. Repairs requiring opening of the oil container are only to be made by the manufacturer or his service agent who should be contacted if there is an oil leak;
44. When scrapping the heater, follow the regulations concerning the disposal of oil.
CAUTION Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.

Safety Control (Thermal Cut-Out)
This model has two levels of over heat protection
1. Automatic thermal cut-off
Switches off the heater in the event of overheating or malfunction and resets once the temperature drops to a normal level.
2. Thermal fuse
In the event that the automatic thermal cut-off fails to operate the heater has a further safety device. This is a non-resettable switch which will require the unit be returned to an Approved Service Agent for replecement.
If overheating or malfunctions continue, return the heater to an Approved Service Agent for
examination.

ASSEMBLE
1. Unpack the Castor Wheels and Arc-shaped Brackets from the product packaging.
2. Turn the heater upside-down on a scratch-free and stable surface to prevent damage to the paint finish or your floor surfacing.
3. Fit the two (2) Castor Wheels onto the heater by placing the Arc-shaped Brackets between the outermost fins on each side of the heater.
4. Securely fasten the two (2) Castor Wheels onto the heater by screwing two (2) Wing Nuts onto each Foot.
5. Turn the heater in upright position after the Castor Wheel Assembly fitted. For the correct upright position, please refer to fig. below
OPERATE
This heater is equipped with Electronic Digital Controls that provide the ability to set the temperature to the exact degree desired .To operate, simply follow these instructions.
NOTE: The temperature display will not reflect the accurate room temperature until the heater has been operating for at least 20 minutes.
1. Turn on Power Switch, Press the power button once to start the heater on High Power ( ),
Continuous Run. If left at this setting , the unit will run continuously on High Power and will not shut off until the unit is manually turned off or the room temperature over 30 C.
2. Press the power button again to change to Middle Power ( ), Continuous Run. If left at this
setting, the unit will run continuously on Middle Power and will not shut off until the unit is manually turned off or the room temperature over 30 C.
3. Press the power button again to change to Lower Power ( ), Continuous Run. If left at this
setting, the unit will run continuously on Lower Power and will not shut off until the unit is manually turned off or the room temperature over 30 C.
4. Press the power button a fourth time to turn the heater OFF. : The heater will run continuously if not setting temperature. : If operated at the Low setting, the heater will not provide as much heat output as in the High
setting , however , the Low setting will not require a much electrical current to operate .To avoid overloading a circuit , do not plug the heater into a circuit that already has other appliances working.
: Only operate the heater in normal upright position with Castor Wheel Assemblies attached to the bottom of the unit (wheels on the bottom, controls on the top), any other position could create a hazardous situation

Press the switch button, the heater enters into standby mode, By now, if the ambient temperature was below 4 , the heater can automatically start heating function;
1Press the switch button, the heater enters into standby mode, the screen blinks at 1 second interval.
2Then press the MODE button, the heater enters into heating status. The screen blinks at 1 second interval.
2.1Press the +” or “- button to set the desired temperature from 13 to 30. For example, press+ one time to set temperature to be 25.
For example, press“-” one time to set temperature to be 23.
2.2Meanwhile, you can press“℉/℃”button to convert Fahrenheit degrees and Celsius degrees. Following is the screen of 24 converted to be 75

To press+or- button to set the heater operation time between 1 and 24 hours. This function will activate once the timer icon stops blinking. The heater will automatically turn-off when time runs out. If it was set to be 10 hours, the heater will stop heating after 10 hours. 4Then pressMODEagain, the heater enters into SET TIMER (AUTO-ON)” status
To press+or- button to set the heater operation time between 1 and 24 hours. This function will activate once the timer icon stops blinking. The heater will automatically turn-on when time runs out. If it was set to be 1 hour, the heater will start heating after 1 hour. 5After all, pressMODEagain, the heater will be back to STEP 2 status.
6Under STEP 2 status, the heater is heating with POWER III. Now, press onceThe heater will heat with POWER II; OR press twiceThe heater will heat with POWER I; OR press three times, The heater will be POWER OFF.
Following are the status of Screen under Heating Power with III, II and I.

CARE AND CLEANING
: Allow the product to completely cool before handling or cleaning it.
Ensure the product is in the “O” OFF position and the Power Cord is unplugged from the electrical
outlet before cleaning the product.
Always ensure the product’s housing is intact and completely assembled before each use.  Do not touch hot surfaces. Always use the handle of the product. Use protective mitts or gloves
to avoid serious burns or other personal injury.
Clean the exterior surface of the product by wiping it with a soft, damp cloth.
: Do not allow water or other liquids to run into the interior of the product, as this could create a
fire and/or electrical hazard.
Do not use any abrasive cleaners or solvents, as product damage will occur. Store the product in a clean, dry place when it is not in use.
MAINTENANCE:
1. Always disconnect the appliance and let it completely cool before any maintenance.
2. Use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust on grilles. Clean the outside of the unit with a damp cloth and then dry it with a dry cloth. Never immerse the unit in water, nor let water drip into the unit.
Recycling (Disposal of the product at the end of its life):
Waste Electrical Products Should Not Be Disposed Of With Household Waste. Please Recycle Where Facilities Exist. Check With Your Local Authority For Recycling Advice.

W A R R A N T Y
1. Home of Living Brands (Pty) Limited warrants to the original purchaser of this
product (“the customer”) that this product will be free of defects in quality and workmanship which under normal personal, family or household use and purpose may manifest within a period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase (“warranty period”).
2. Where the customer has purchased a product and it breaks, is defective or
does not work properly for the intended purpose, the customer must notify the supplier from whom the customer bought the product (“the supplier”) thereof within the warranty period. Any claim in terms of this warranty must be supported by a proof of purchase. If proof of purchase is not available, then repair, and/or service charges may be payable by the customer to the supplier.
3. The faulty product must be taken to the supplier's service center to exercise
the warranty.
4. The supplier will refund, repair or exchange the product in terms of this
warranty subject to legislative requirements. This warranty shall be valid only where the customer has not broken the product himself, or used the product for something that it is not supposed to be used for. The warranty does not include and will not be construed to cover products damaged as a result of disaster, misuse, tamper, abuse or any unauthorised modification or repair of the product.
5. This warranty will extend only to the product provided at the date of the
purchase and not to any expendables attached or installed by the customer.
6. If the customer requests that the supplier repairs the product and the product
breaks or fails to work properly within 3 (three) months of the repair and not as a result of misuse, tampering or modification by or on behalf of the customer, then the supplier may replace the product or pay a refund to the customer.
7. The customer may be responsible for certain costs where products returned
are not in the original packaging, or if the packaging is damaged. This will be deducted from any refund paid to the customer.
