PlasmaWall™ line is one of the larg-
est plasma monitors available on the
market today. In fact, the PL-61cx
is large enough to be used as the
centerpiece of any home theater,
and slim enough to be used in any
type of room or environment. Its
size is only one of its advantages. It
also has the highest resolution of
any plasma available today, is bright
enough to be used in any lighting
situation, and can be mounted
on a wall, ceiling or tabletop. An
astounding 1000:1 contrast ratio
ensures extremely smooth transi-
tions from the deepest blacks to
the brightest whites. The ultra high
resolution of the PL-61cx makes it
capable of delivering the most stun-
ning pictures from HDTV sources
of any plasma panel available. To
ensure maximum performance with
all other video sources, the PL-61cx
is packaged with a PFP Controller
that scales NTSC and PAL video
to match the native resolution of
the display. This, combined with
the PFP’s 10-bit video processing,
enables the PL-61cx to provide
outstanding performance even with
lower resolution video sources.
