SPECIAL NOTES ON EQUIPMENT:
• High Efficiency
• All refrigerant connections are on the exterior of the
unit, located close to the ground for neat appearing
installations.
• Cabinet is constructed of powder painted galvanized
steel. The full wrap-around louvered grille protects
the coil from damage.
• Copper Tube—Aluminum Fin coils are used on
all models.
• The control box is located in the top corner of the
cabinet providing easy access through a service
panel.
• Control Box Cover.
• Service valves are standard on all models.
• Power and control wiring are kept separate.
• Hard Start Kits standard on all models.
• Separate compressor compartment for easy

• The Comfort Control System

with single-phase compressors by detecting system

operation when damage would occur.

outdoor fan.
• On-demand dehumidification terminal, when
matched with a (-)BHM Air Handler, adjusts airflow to
help control humidity for unsurpassed comfort in the
cooling mode.
• Factory installed high and low pressure control.

• Factory Installed Compressor Time Delay Control.
• Factory run tested prior to shipment.
• Factory limited warranty on parts as follows:
Features a 10 year limited parts warranty, applicable
only to single-phase products installed in residential
applications.
• (-)ARL- JEZ Conditional Replacement Warranty:
will provide a replacement model (if an exact
replacement is not available, an equivalent product
will be provided) to the original purchaser if the
compressor fails within 10 years. See product
