1. Set base plate with rubber feet on the floor.

2. Add lock washer (from enclosed hardware
kit) to top of base plate on center threaded

3. Attach recessed end of lower column to the
base plate, by twisting it clockwise until firmly
attached (no gap).

4. Place upper column into lower column and
twist clockwise to tighten completely.

5. Using the hardware kit included, attach
dispenser to mounting plate, and tighten
firmly. (Hardware kit includes 4 screws and
4 lock nuts for attaching the dispenser.)
