Adaptor Kit For
Automatic Flusher

1. Remove Crane handle assembly.

4. Install and tighten chrome adaptor
with plastic bracket into Crane valve
with crescent wrench.

2 Pink Washers

2. Install small blue washer into Crane valve
handle opening.

Due to the variences in the tolerance of Crane Flush Valves,
2 plastic rod extenders have been included to match
their wide range of specifications.

5. Install the black plastic
push rod extension onto
end of AutoFlush metal
push rod. Press push rod
extension tip against hard
surface until extension is
fully seated on push rod.

6. Install AutoFlush unit onto

3. Slide plastic bracket opening over
small threaded end with back plate
facing the wall and flat end behind
the flush valve.

washers. Tighten Chrome nut.

If the plastic rod does not contact the flush piston

(which would start the flush cycle) remove the
black plastic rod extender and repeat step 5 with
the white plastic rod extender. The removal of 1

pink washer may also be used to adjust for the

variation in the Crane tolerances.
