DANGER
Torch does not come filled. Once filled, it contains 
Butane gas under pressure which is 
EXTREMELY FLAMMABLE. 
Do not use near fire, flame, sparks, 
hot stove or oven.
CAUTION
Do not puncture, incinerate or expose to temperature from sun or otherwise above 120° F (49°C). 
Be sure flame is extinguished afer each use and 
before adding more fuel. Keep away from hot 
stove or oven.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Please read all 
of the following 
information 
carefully before 
operating the 
Culinary Torch.
Ignition
1. Position the Fuel Volume Control Lever between "+" and "-".
2. Rotate the Air Intake Port to expose ½ the air hole.
3. Unlock the torch by sliding the Child Resistant Locking Latch 
down.
4. While holding the torch, press and hold the Trigger 
in. (It may take a couple attempts to ignite.)
5. Press the Continuous Flame Switch in before releasing the Trigger if a continuous flame is desired.
Extinguishing The Culinary Torch
1. Press the Trigger in to release the Flame Switch and 
extinguish the flame. The Child Resistant Lock will 
be automatically set.
Flame & Temperature Adjustment
1. Move the Fuel Volume Control Lever toward "+" to increase 
the flame or toward "-" position for lower flame. 
Flame length of ½" to 1" is recommended for best 
results.
2. Twist the Air Intake Port to change flame temper- 
ature. A higher temperature is reached when the hole 
is open, lower temperature when the hole is covered.
Refueling
1. Make sure the torch is Off and there is no flame.
2. Refuel only when the torch is cool or wait 5 minutes 
after last use to add fuel.
3. Always select a well ventilated area for refueling.
4. Use only quality butane fuel such as ISO Butane or 
Refined Butane Gas.
5. Remove the torch from the Base and insert the tip of the 
butane fuel canister into the Gas Filling Valve on the bottom 
of the torch. Hold firmly until the gas starts to overflow then
remove fuel canister and wait 3 minutes 
before use.
