BioBag is the world’s largest selling brand of
certified compostable bags made from the
material, Mater-Bi. The 6 liter size fit most
kitchen compost pails and compost as naturally as the fruit and vegetable scraps inside.
No polyethylene is used in the production
of this product. BioBags are OK compost
certified for restricted use of metals in our
soy-based inks and dyes. BioBags meet the
ASTM D6400 requirements, which is the
gold standard for compostable plastic.
BioBags are shelf stable, just like paper
towels, yet compost quickly when exposed
to nature’s elements and micro-organisms,
leaving no harmful residues behind.
