Self adjusting end wire stripping tool incorporating a flexible
jaw cutting edge consisting of a large number of independent
leaf blades on a resilient base. These blades surround each
conductor by self adjustment (see diagram) thus preventing
conductor damage. By using a flexible jaw principle single,
multiple, round, flat or figure 8 wires may be stripped with ease.
● Insulation cutting depth control dial (A) with locking screw (B)*.

Instructions for use
Each tool is supplied ready adjusted for standard insulated
wires. To operate:place wire or wires in jaw up to the stop and
press handles. There is no need to aim or locate wire in holes.
Should insulation cutting depth require adjustment unlock screw
(B) and rotate dial (A) to desired position by turning clockwise
(thick insulation) or anti-clockwise (thin insulation). Re-lock
screw.
The stripping length may be adjusted by re-positioning the stop
(C) on the bottom jaw.
Jaw tension may be altered to suit individual needs by
adjustment of screw (E) RS stock number.544-493 only.Turning
the screw clockwise reduces handle pressure and vice versa.

trigger the stripping mechanism.
Note: Never use excess force
