SPECIFICATIONS

The VIG Series is a refrigerated display merchandiser
designed specifically for gelato, featuring state of the art
electronic refrigeration system, auto hot gas defrost to
protect product from losing it's texture and quality. Includes
curved glass profile, glass end panels and top canopy light.
Unit has a stainless steel base, a slanted presentation style
deck for ultimate display and is designed to accommodate
standard food service/hotel pans. Can also be used to slide
into a counter for a drop-in appearance/application.

1. A 1"diameter drain is provided. The drain MUST be connected to a floor drain or storage container

AT TIME OF INSTALLATION.

2. The VIG merchandiser is designed for use in stores where temperature and humidity do not exceed 75

Degrees Fahrenheit and 55% relative humidity. Any adverse conditions will affect warranty. Locate away
from direct sunlight, rapid air currents and extreme temperature changes. Exposure to air currents from
ceiling fans, air conditioners, ovens, etc. will disrupt the cases air current and refrigeration zone.
