holding times: allowing for advanced preparation

• Hold temperature range: 75F - 200F
• Unit shall be heated with one (1) 1,800 watt tubular heater
controlled by a solid state thermostat
• Air in heat chamber shall be circulated by two (2) .02 hp
1ph blower motors
• Unit shall be equipped with one (1) 120V 20A 5-20P cord
