1. Hot Laminating Function
The APL-330 is ideal for laminating all types of photos, documents, and digital
prints without a carrier.

2. Cold Laminating Function
The cold function is perfect for heat sensitive prints.

3. Temperature Control
Precise temperature control using Digital Micom.

4. Auto-Reverse
When a jam occurs the motor reverses until the material exits the machine.

5. Sound/Light Alarm Function
When a jam occurs the Alarm LED Light (Yellow) will blink and the alarm

will sound.
NOTE: When a jam occurs the heat automatically shuts off to protect the item
being laminated and the rollers.

6. Automatic Roller Cooling Function
After lamination turn the machine off, the rollers will continue to rotate until the
rollers temperature reaches 177°F (81°C), this is to protect the rollers.

7. Automatic Fan Cooling Function
After lamination when the machine is turned off, the DC fan will continue to
run cooling the rollers.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

The safety recommendations outlined in this section are to be read
and followed before operating this machine. Keep this information for
future reference.

1. To prevent the possibility of a fire or injury ,do not allow
foreign articles (neckties, scarves, or paperclips) inside the
machine.

2. Do not attempt to laminate items that exceed total
recommended material thickness.

3. Do not insert pouch film with the back end first.
(Front of film: sealed side,Back of film unsealed side.)
This may cause the pouch to jam the rollers.

4. To prevent the possibility of electric shock, do not immerse
the laminator in water or permit liquids inside the machine.

5. Because the laminator creates heat, keep out of reach of
children.

6. Do not cut pouch before inserting into laminator.
(This will cause the laminator to jam.)

7. Do not operate machines for any other purpose other than its
intended use. Do not laminate leaves, flowers, clothes etc.

8. This machine is intended for indoor use only.
If the room temperature is low(under 64 °F),The ready light
may take longer to come on.

9. Do not operate machine if plug or cord is damaged.
Contact a qualified electrician.

HOT LAMINATING PROCEDURE

1. Do not laminate pouch film alone.

2. When using a small pouch, place the film into the middle area (Sensor area)
of the machine. (There is only one sensor in the middle area of a machine.)

3. Place the item to be laminated into the pouch film.

4. Place the pouch film into the front opening of the laminator with the sealed end
first.
NOTE: If the front sensor is touched for more than 3 seconds, it can
automatically start the anti-jam system. If this occurs the rollers will reverse and
you will not be able to laminate.

5. Anti-jam system will continue for approximately 15 seconds. You can

try laminating again after 15 seconds.

NOTE: Your finished laminated item will be hot,and will easily bend.
To keep your laminated item flat , place on flat surface and allow to cool.

COLD LAMINATING PROCEDURE

HOW TO USE CLEANING PAPER

1. Place the laminator on a flat, sturdy work surface.

2. Plug the laminator into a power source that matches the laminator's rate
of voltage.

3. Turn the temperature control switch to the COLD position.

4. Switch the power switch to the RUN position. (Power light will light up)

5. Adjust the temperature control switch according to pouch thickness.

6. Wait for the READY light to light up.

7. After the READY light is lit, place item to be laminated into a pouch and then
into the front opening of the laminator.

1. Turn the machine on, after the READY light is lit up, remove the dirt on
the rollers by passing the Cleaning Paper through the machine once or twice.

2. If the outside of the Cleaning Paper gets dirty, fold the cleaning paper
inside out.

3. If the Cleaning paper is bad or you can not use both-sides of the Cleaning
Paper, get new white coated paper at the nearest stationery shop.

be defective in material or workmanship. Defective product must be returned to
Royal Sovereign International, freight prepaid, with proof of purchase and Return
Shipping & Handling payment (check or money order). Upon repair or replacement
the product will be returned to the customer.

Return defective product to the following address with a detailed description
of the problem. If possible, pack in original carton. Pleaseprepay shipping

1. Fonction de plastification à chaud
Le modèle APL-330 est idéal pour la plastification de tout type d'impression de
photo, document, ou impression numérique sans support.

2. Fonction de plastification à froid
La fonction de plastification à froid est idéale pour les impressions thermosensibles.

3. Contrôle de la température
Contrôle précis de la température grâce à la technologue Digital Micom.

4. Inversion automatique
En cas de bourrage, le mouvement du moteur est inversé jusqu'à ce que le
matériau sorte de l'appareil.

5. Fonction d'alarme sonore/lumineuse
En cas de bourrage, le té moin DEL de l'alarme (jaune) clignote et un son est émis.
REMARQUE : en cas de bourrage, la source de chaleur est coupée automatiquement
afin de protéger les éléments en cours de plastification et les cylindres lamineurs.

6. Fonction de refroidissement automatique des cylindres
Lorsque l'appareil s'éteint après une plastification, les cylindres continuent à tourner
jusqu'à ce que leur température atteigne 81 °C (177 °F), et ce afin de les protéger.

7. Fonction de refroidissement automatique du ventilateur
Lorsque l'appareil s'éteint après une plastification, le ventilateur alimenté par C.C.
continue à refroidir les cylindres.

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ

Les recommandations de sécurité mises en évidence dans cette
section doivent être lues et suivies avant d'utiliser cet appareil.
Conserver ces renseignements pour consultation ultérieure.

1. Pour éviter les risques d'incendie ou de blessure, empêcher
tout corps étranger (trombones, agrafes, vêtement, etc.)
de pénétrer dans l'appareil.

2. Ne pas essayer de plastifier des éléments plus épais que
l'épaisseur totale recommandée.

3. Ne pas insérer le sachet de pellicule par l'extrémité noire
(avant de la pellicule : côté fermé ; arrière de la pellicule :
côté non fermé). Le sachet pourrait se coincer dans les
cylindres lamineurs.

4. Pour éviter une électrocution, ne pas immerger la plastifieuse
dans l'eau et empêcher tout liquide de péné trer dans
l'appareil.

5. La plastifieuse générant de la chaleur, il est conseillé de la
ranger hors de portée des enfants.

6. Ne pas découper le sachet avant de l'insérer dans la
plastifieuse. (Cela pourrait entraîner un bourrage.)

7. N'utiliser l'appareil que selon l'usage pour lequel il a été
conçu. Ne pas plastifier des feuilles d'arbre, des fleurs, des
vêtements,etc.

8. Cet appareil est conçu pour étre utilisé à l'intérieur
uniquement. Si la tempé rature ambiante est basse (moins
de 18 °C), le témoin de disponibilité peut prendre un certain
temps avant de s'allumer.

9. Ne pas utiliser l'appareil si la prise ou le cordon est
endommagé. Contacter un électricien qualifié.

PROCÉDURES DE PLASTIFICATION À CHAUD

1. Ne pas plastifier un sachet seul.

2. Si un sachet de petite taille est utilisé, placer le film dans la zone centrale
(zone du capteur) de l'appareil. (Il n'y a qu'un seul capteur dans la zone
centrale de l'appareil.)

3. Placer l'élément à plastifier dans le sachet.

4. Placer le sachet dans l'ouverture frontale de la plastifieuse, le côté fermé
en premier.

REMARQUE : si vous touchez le capteur frontal pendant plus de 3
secondes, celui-ci peut déclencher
automatiquement le système anti-bourrage. Si cela se produit, la
direction des cylindres sera inversée et la plastifier sera impossible

5. Le système anti-bourrage continuera de fonctionner pendant environ 15
secondes. Vous pouvez essayer de plastification après 15 secondes.

REMARQUE : l'élément sera très chaud et facilement pliable après la
plastification. Pour garder les éléments plats, les placer sur une surface
plane et les laisser refroidir.

PROCÉDURES DE PLASTIFICATION À FROID

UTILISATION DU PAPIER DE NETTOYAGE

1. Placer la plastifieuse sur un plan de travail plat et stable.

2. Brancher la plastifieuse dans une prise d'alimentation correspondant à la tension
de l'appareil.

3. Placer l'interrupteur de contrôle de la température en position FROID (COLD).

4. Placer l'interrupteur d'alimentation en position RUN (MARCHE). Le témoin
d'alimentation doit être allumé.

5. Régler l'interrupteur de contrôle de la température en fonction de l'épaisseur
du sachet.

6. Attendre que le témoin de disponibilité s'allume.

7. Une fois le témoin de disponibilité allumé, placer l'élément à plastification dans
un sachet . et l'insérer dans l'ouverture frontale de la plastifieuse.

1. Mettre la machine sous tension et, lorsque le témoin de disponibilité est allumé,
retirer la saleté des cylindres en passant le papier de nettoyage une ou deux
fois dans l'appareil.

2. Lorsque l'extérieur du papier de nettoyage est sale, retourner le papier en
le pliant.

3. Si le papier de nettoyage est de mauvaise qualité ou s'il est impossible d'utiliser
les deux faces du papier de nettoyage, se procurer du papier couché blanc au
magasin le plus proche.

1. Función de plastificado en caliente
La APL-330 es ideal para plastificar todo tipo de fotografías, documentos
e impresiones digitales sin portador.

2. Función de plastificado en frío
La función en frío es perfecta para las impresiones termosensibles.

3. Control de temperatura
Preciso control de la temperatura que usa Digital Micom.

4. Rebobinado automático
Cuando se produce un atasco, el motor pone marcha atrás hasta que el material
salga de la máquina.

5. Función de alarma de sonido/luz
Cuando se produzca un atasco, parpadeará la luz del LED de
alarma (amarilla) y sonará la alarma.
NOTA: Cuando se produce un atasco, el calor se desactiva automáticamente
para proteger el artículo que se plastifica y los rodillos.

6. Función de enfriamiento automático del rodillo
Después del plastificado, apague la máquina. Los rodillos seguirán girando
hasta que su temperatura sea de 81°C (177°F), lo cual es una medida para
proteger los rodillos.

7. Función de enfriamiento automático del ventilador
Después del plastificado, cuando la máquina esté apagada, el ventilador CC
continuará operando para enfriar los rodillos.

PRECAUCIONES DE SEGURIDAD

Debe leer y seguir las recomendaciones de seguridad que se
describen en esta sección antes de operar esta máquina. Guarde la
información para referencia futura.

1. Pour éviter les risques d'incendie ou de blessure, empêcher
tout corps étranger (trombones, agrafes, vêtement, etc.)
de pénétrer dans l'appareil.

2. No intente plastificar artículos que excedan el grosor total
recomendado del material.

3. No inserte el pouch primero por el extremo trasero.
(El extremo delantero de la lámina es el lado sellado. El
extremo trasero de la lámina es el lado no sellado). Es
posible que esto cause que se atasquen los rodillos.

4. Para evitar la posibilidad de que se produzcan descargas el
eléctricas, no sumerja la plastificadora en agua ni permita
que caiga líquido en su interior.

5. Debido a que la plastificadora genera calor, manténgala lejos
del alcance de los niños.

6. No corte el pouch antes de insertarlo a la plastificadora
(esto causará que la plastificadora se atasque.)

7. No opere las máquinas para ningún otro propósito que para
el que se diseñaron. No plastifique hojas, flores, género, etc.

8. Esta máquina está diseñada sólo para uso en interiores.
Si la temperatura ambiente es baja (menos de 64°F)
es posible que la luz de lista se demore más en encender.

9. No opere la máquina si el enchufe o el cable se encuentran
dañados. Comuníquese con un perito electricista.

1. No plastifique sólo el pouch.

2. Cuando use un pouch pequeño, coloque la lámina en la zona del medio
(zona del sensor) de la máquina. (Sólo existe un sensor en la zona del medio de
la máquina.)

3. Coloque el artículo que va a plastificar en el pouch.

4. Coloque el pouch en la abertura delantera de la plastificadora con el extremo
sellado primero.
NOTA: Si se toca el sensor delantero durante más de 3 segundos, se puede
iniciar automáticamente el sistema antiatascos. Si esto sucede, los rodillos
marcharán en reversa y no podrá plastificar.

5. El sistema antiatascos seguirá funcionando durante 15 segundos
aproximadamente. Puede intentar plastificar nuevamente después de 15
segundos.

NOTA: Su artículo plastificado terminado estará caliente y se doblará
fácilmente. Para que el artículo quede plano, colóquelo sobre una
superficie plana y deje que se enfríe.

PROCEDIMIENTOS DE PLASTIFICADO EN FRÍO

USO DEL PAPEL DE LIMPIEZA

1. Coloque la plastificadora en una superficie de trabajo plana y resistente.

2. Enchufe la plastificadora en una fuente de energía que coincida con el
tipo de voltaje de la plastificadora.

3. Gire el interruptor de control de temperatura hasta la posición COLD (en frío).

4. Coloque el interruptor de encendido en la posición RUN (funcionar).
(Se encenderá la luz de encendido)

5. Ajuste el interruptor de control de temperatura de acuerdo con el grosor del
pouch.

6. Espere que se encienda la luz de READY (lista).

7. Después de que se encienda la luz de READY, coloque el artículo que se va a
plastificar en un pouch y luego en la abertura delantera de la plastificadora.

1. Encienda la máquina. Después de que se encienda la luz de READY, limpie la
suciedad de los rodillos pasando el papel de limpieza por la máquina una o dos
veces.

2. Si el exterior del papel de limpieza se ensucia, dóblelo de adentro hacia fuera.

3. Si el papel de limpieza se encuentra defectuoso o no puede usar ambos lados

del papel, cámbielo por papel couché blanco que puede adquirir en la tienda
más cercana.

1. Heißlaminierfunktion
Der APL-330 eignet sich in idealer Weise zum Laminieren von Photos,
Dokumenten und Digitaldrucken ohne Rahmen/Hülle.

2. Kaltlaminierfunktion
Die Kaltfunktion ist perfekt für wärmeempfindliche Drucke.

3. Temperaturregelung
Die präzise Temperaturregelung verwendet Digital Micom.

4. Auto-Umkehr
Wenn eine Stauung auftritt, läuft der Motor in umgekehrter Richtung, bis das
Material aus der Maschine austritt.

5. Alarmfunktion mit Ton/Lampe
Wenn ein Stau auftritt, blinkt die Alarmlampe (gelbe LED) und ein akustischer
Alarm ertönt.
HINWEIS: Wenn ein Stau auftritt, schaltet die Heizung automatisch ab, um den
laminierten Gegenstand

6. Automatische kühlung der Rollen
Nach dem Laminieren das Gerät ausschalten; die Rollen rotieren weiter, bis die
Temperatur der Rollen 81°C (177°F) erreicht. Dies dient dem Schutz der Rollen.

7. Automatische Kühlung mittels Gebläse
Wenn das Gerät nach dem Laminieren ausgeschaltet wird, läuft das
Gleichstromgebläse zur Kühlung der Rollen weiter.

SICHERHEITSVORKEHRUNGEN

Die in diesem Abschnitt aufgezeigten Sicherheitsempfehlungen
sollten vor dem Betrieb des Geräts gelesen und befolgt werden.
Heben Sie diese Informationen für künftige Bezugnahme auf.

1. Um das Risiko eines Feuers oder einer Verletzung zu
verhüten, keine Fremdkörper (Krawatten, Halstücher oder
Büroklammern) in das Geräts gelangen lassen.

2. Versuchen Sie nicht, Gegenstände zu laminieren, welche die
empfohlene Gesamtmaterialstärke überschreiten.

3. Folientasche nicht mit den hinteren Ende zuerst einführen
(Vorderseite der Folie: Verschweißte Seite. Rückseite der
Folie: Nicht verschweißte Seite.) Dies könnte dazu führen,
dass die Folientasche die Rollen verklemmt.

4. Das Laminiergerät nicht in Wasser tauchen oder Flüssigkeit
in das Gerät gelangen lassen, um das Risiko eines
Stromschlags zu verhüten.

5. Da das Gerät Hitze erzeugt, halten Sie es von Kindern fern.

6. Tasche vor Einführung in das Laminiergerät nicht
aufschneiden. (Das erzeugt eine Stauung im Laminiergerät.)

7. Das Gerät nur für den vorgesehenen Zweck verwenden.
Keine Blätter, Blumen, Kleidung usw. laminieren.

8. Dieses Gerät ist nur für den Gebrauch in geschlossenen
Räumen vorgesehen. Wenn die Raumtemperatur niedrig ist
(unter 18 °C), dauert es eventuell länger, bis die
Bereitschaftsanzeige aufleuchtet.

9. Das Gerät nicht betreiben, wenn der Stecker oder das Kabel
beschädigt ist. Wenden Sie sich an einen qualifizierten
Elektriker.

HEISSLAMINIERVERFAHREN

1. Folientaschen nicht allein laminieren.

2. Bei Verwendung einer kleinen Tasche, Folie in den mittleren Bereich
(Sensorbereich) des Geräts platzieren. (Es gibt nur einen Sensor im mittleren
Bereich des Geräts.)

3. Legen Sie den zu laminierenden Gegenstand in die Folientasche.

4. Die Folientasche mit dem vorderen Ende zuerst in die vordere Öffnung des
Laminiergeräts platzieren.
HINWEIS: Wenn der vordere Sensor länger als 3 Sekunden berührt wird, kann
er automatisch das Antistausystem starten. Wenn dies auftritt, laufen die Rollen
in entgegengesetzer Richtung und Sie können nicht laminieren.

5. Das Antistausystem arbeitet für ungefähr 15 Sekunden weiter. Sie können
nach 15 Sekunden erneut versuchen, zu laminieren.

HINWEIS: Ihr fertig laminierter Gegenstand ist heiß und biegt sich leicht.
Um Ihren laminierten Gegenstand glatt zu halten, legen Sie Ihn zum
Abkühlen auf eine ebene Fläche.

KALTLAMINIERVERFAHREN

ANWENDUNGSWEISE DES REINIGUNGSPAPIERS

1. Stellen Sie das Laminiergerät auf eine ebene, solide Arbeitsfläche.

2. Schließen Sie das Laminiergerät an eine Stromquelle an, die der Nennspannung
des Laminiergeräts entspricht.

3. Den Temperaturregelschalter in die Stellung KALT [Cold] drehen.

4. Den Netzschalter in die Stellung LAUF [Run] bringen. (Die Netzstromlampe
leuchtet auf.)

5. Den Temperatursteuerschalter gemäß der Taschendicke einstellen.

6. Warten Sie, bis die Lampe BEREIT [Ready] aufleuchtet.

7. Nach Aufleuchten der Lampe BEREIT den zu laminierenden Gegenstand in eine
Folientasche und dann in die vordere Öffnung des Laminiergeräts platzieren.

1. Das Gerät einschalten; nach Aufleuchten der Lampe BEREIT den Schmutz von
den Rollen entfernen, indem Sie das Reinigungspapier ein- oder zweimal durch
das Gerät laufen lassen.

2. Wenn die Außenseite des Reinigungspapiers verschmutzt, die Innenseite des
Reinigungspapiers nach außen falten.

3. Wenn das Reinigungspapier unbrauchbar ist oder Sie nicht beide Seiten des

Reinigungspapiers verwenden können, besorgen Sie sich neues weißes,
beschichtetes Papier aus dem nächsten Papierwarenladen.
