A: AFS-800 And AFS-850S Auto Feeders can take a maximum of 100 Sheets and AFS-800BK a maximum of 80 Sheets.
Q: Can I shred CDs and credit cards?
A: Yes, the shredder can shred CDs, DVDs and credit cards through the specified CD slot.
Q: What should I do if my shredder jams?
A: If your shredder jams, there is an auto reverse feature that would try to reverse the shredder jams. If this further avails failure then ensure to locate any jammed material or other obstructions and press the RESET/STOP button.
Q: How do I know when the basket is full?
A: The shredder is equipped with a cassette bin that beacon light warns users when the cassette needs to be changed.
Q: What happens if the motor overheats?
A: The shredder has an internal fuse, which will cut the power off should the motor overheat. This condition is indicated by the Motor Overheat/Overload Indicator that will come ON. Usually these conditions will reset themselves after the machine cools down for about 30 minutes.
