• Be sure to turn the power off when the unit is not in use. The tuner will
automatically switch off after 3 minutes with no user input.
• This instrument contains digital circuitry and may cause interference if placed too
close to radio or television receivers. If this occurs, move the instrument further
away from the affected equipment.
• Never apply excessive force to the switches or controls or any other part of the
product.
• Clean the unit with a dry soft cloth.
• Never use cleaners such as alcohol or thinner.
• Retain this user guide for future reference.
• Avoid contact with water and other liquids as it may cause malfunction, fire, or
electrical shock.
• Charge the battery before first use and ensure it is charged at least every 6 months.
• This product has no user serviceable parts. Do not attempt to open, service or
modify this product.

Installing the tuner:
• Clip the tuner onto your instrument (the headstock is the best location) and adjust
the display so you can see it clearly.
• The tuner can be clipped onto the front or rear of the instrument, as shown below.
Using the tuner:
1. Select the desired tuning mode by pressing the power button to cycle through the
different options:
o (C) Chromatic
o (G) Guitar
o (B) Bass
o (U) Ukulele
o (V) Violin
Note: The selected mode will be stored even when the tuner is turned off.
2. Press the calibration button to increase the pitch in 1Hz increments. Holding the
calibration button down will increase the pitch rapidly. The pitch range will cycle
through 430Hz - 450Hz.
3. Play a single note on your instrument. In chromatic mode, only the note will appear
on the display. In all other modes both the string number and note name will
appear on the display.
4. While playing a note on your instrument, the note accuracy meter will display the
cent number.
• Blue: meter in the middle (cent number -3 / +3): in tune.
• Ye l l o w : meters on the left (negative cent number): flat note.
• Red: meters on the right (positive cent number): sharp note.

Battery is currently charging
Charging the battery:
Use the supplied Micro USB cable to connect the tuner to a USB power adapter or a USB
port on your computer to recharge the battery.
Note: When not use for an extended period of time, the tuner should be charged at least
every 6 months to prolong the life of the battery. Charging time is 90 minutes.
