WARNING: IN ORDER TO AVOID ANY RISK OF OVERHEATING, NEVER COVER THE APPLIANCE
Keep the appliance 50 cm away from any objects (curtains, walls, aerosols, etc.)
• NEVER USE IT TILTED OR LYING ON ITS SIDE.
• This appliance must not be used in damp places.
• Do not use this appliance near a bath, shower, sink or swimming pool.
NEVER ALLOW WATER TO PENETRATE THE APPLIANCE.
Do not touch the appliance with wet hands.
In the event of a long absence: turn off the appliance using switch (B) and unplug the appliance.
• Before plugging in the appliance, position the legs correctly (see diagrams no.3-4-5).
The installation of the appliance and the use made of it must comply with the regulations in force in your country.
3- VOLTAGE
Before using the appliance for the first time, ensure that your mains voltage corresponds to the voltage indicated on the appliance.
Your appliance can be used with a power plug without an earth connection. It is a class II appliance (dual electrical insulation )

4- SAFETY
Heat safety
• In the event of abnormal overheating or if the appliance has tipped over, a safety device shuts down the appliance and then automatically restarts it once it has cooled.
5- OPERATION
Important: when you first use the appliance, there may briefly be a slight smell and smoke (classic phenomena on all new appliances; this will disappear after a few
inutes).

Before using your appliance, always ensure that:
- the placement and assembly of the appliance described in these instructions has been respected
- the air vents are completely free from any obstructions.
- the appliance is placed on a flat, stable surface.
Choice of functions:
Select your chosen function using switch (B), lining the switch marker up with the symbol: 0 : Stop
: 1200W
: 2400W (CO3030) or 2400W Blower (CO3035)
Power indicator:
The power indicator (I) will light up when your appliance is plugged in.
Thermostat:
Set the temperature to a comfortable level using thermostat button (C), having first chosen your desired function using switch (B).
- MAX position (opposite button mark): hotter
- MIN position (opposite button mark): cooler
- Frost-free setting (opposite button mark) : This setting enables you to automatically maintain the temperature above 0'C in a normally insulated room whose volume
corresponds to the power of your appliance.
6- CLEANING
• Your appliance must be unplugged before proceeding with any cleaning work.
• You can clean it with a slightly damp cloth.
• IMPORTANT: Never use abrasive products which might damage the appearance of your appliance.
• We recommend that you clean the air inlet and outlet grills at least once a year; (clean with a vacuum cleaner if necessary).
7- STORAGE
• It is important to allow the appliance to cool before winding the lead.
• When you are not using your appliance, store it in a dry place.
8- IN THE EVENT OF PROBLEMS
• Never dismantle your appliance yourself. A poorly repaired appliance may be dangerous for the user.
• Before contacting one of our Approved Service Centres (see enclosed list), ensure that:
- the appliance is set to normal operating mode;
- the air inlet and outlet grills are totally clear.
