Rough Country recommends a certified technician install this system. In addition to these instructions, profes­sional knowledge of disassemble/reassembly procedures as well as post installation checks must be known. Attempts to install this system without this knowledge and expertise may jeopardize the integrity and/or operat­ing safety of the vehicle.
Kit Contents
2-Bumpstop Spacers 1-Poly Bag Containing: 2-10mm 80mm bolts 2-10mm Washers
1. Jack up the rear of the vehicle and support the vehicle with jack stands, so that the rear wheels are off the ground.
2. Remove the rear tires/wheels
3. Using a 17mm wrench and 17mm socket, remove the lower sway bar bolt. Retain hardware for later use.
4. Remove the factory shock absorbers if installed using a 18mm & 15mm Socket /wrench.
5. Push down on the axle to allow enough room for stock coil spring to be removed . Remove the stock coil spring.
6. Remove the factory bump stop from the metal bump stop cup. See Photo 1.
7. Using a 15mm socket unbolt the bump stop cup. See Photo 2.
8. Install the coil spring spacer over the bump stop pocket and up into the mount, with the lip of the spacer pointing down.
Chock front wheels.

3. Using the 15mm socket install the bump stop cup back onto the bump stop mount using the supplied 10 mm x 80mm bolt. See Photo 3.
4. Reinstall factory bump stop into cup.
5. Reinstall the factory coil spring. See Photo 4.

6. Using the17mm-wrench and 17mm socket, replace the lower sway bar bolt.
7. Install the rear shocks at this time using the factory hardware.
8. Reinstall the rear tires/wheels
9. Lower the vehicle to the ground.

Post Installation
1. Re torque all fasteners after 500 miles. Visually inspect components and re torque fasteners during routine
vehicle service.
