KIT CONTENTS

1-ADJ TRACK ROD BODY & END
1-Poly Bag containing:
1-3/4” Jam nut
2-Heim Spacers

TOOLS NEEDED

T55 Torx Bit
18mm Wrench
15mm Socket
1 1/8” Wrench

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Remove the stock track rod from the axle using T55 Torx bit and using a 15mm & 18mm socket / wrench on
the frame mount . Retain the stock hardware for reuse.

2. Install the body of the adjustable track rod in the frame mount with the factory hardware. Do not tighten at
this time. See Photo 1.

3. Install the supplied spacers for the heim joint and make sure the vehicle is centered over the axle. Adjust the
threaded end to install in the axle mount. Snug the jam nut with a 1 1/8” wrench. See Photo 2.

4. Install using the factory hardware and tighten using a T55 bit on the axle and a 15mm & 18mm on the frame.

1. Check all fasteners for proper torque. Check to ensure there is adequate clearance between all rotating,
mobile, fixed and heated members. Check steering for interference and proper working order.

2. Re torque all fasteners after 500 miles. Visually inspect components and re torque fasteners during routine
vehicle service.
