e is an attractive showpiece for any restaurant or
kitchen. This counter-top unit is available in gas onl
and cooks up to 24 chickens per hour.

With its visible flame and wicks, its powerful halogen light and its
French design, the 1350 NGF 4 offers a dramatic display, which makes
it an incredible merchandizing tool.

The Grande Flamme Olympia features a unique cooking system. It is
equipped with a see-through detachable chain­porcelain reflective burners.

Each row of spit can be adjusted in depth in two different positions
which allow you to roast to perfection from Cornish hen to who le lamb .
The independent spit motors as well as the two independent burners
allow you to cook on any selected spits without having to switch on the
whole unit.

The Olympia range also features our vertical spit system.

Deluxe enamel finish with a wide range of colors highlighted by a
