Introduction
RSV-Z2000 is a 2U rackmount industrial chassis for various kinds of server computer which supports up to
Extended ATX (12” x 13”) form factor motherboard design and PS2 power supply. In addition, RSV-Z2000 has
installed 7x 80mm fan and top ventilation for ultimate cooling while having a vast space which support up to
Extended ATX motherboard.

Top Cover Disassembly
1. Remove the top cover; you should unscrew the four screws
from each side of the Chassis. (two on each side)
2. Once the screws removed, slide the top cover to remove from
the chassis.
You should see the interior of the chassis like below:

3.5” HDD Installation
1. After removing the top cover , you will see 3 HDD cages. By
removing the screws on the four corners, you can then pick up
the cage for the HDD installation.
2. Each cage can holds up to 3x HDD.
3. Please install the hard drives following the arrow sign, so all the
connectors are facing toward the center of the chassis. This will
provide an easier cable management.

Power Supply Installation
1. You need to remove the power supply rack first in order to install
the power supply.
There are three screws on the bottom of the rack. Two facing
upward and one facing downward. Please unscrew all three.
2. Once release the rack from the chassis, You should also remove
the HDD cage next to the PSU for best fitting. Then you will be
able to install the PSU.
