Step 1
Take the sliding rail apart by sliding out the center slide.
Center slide rail
Attention:
You will see a locking clip at the middle point of the center slide. By pushing down the
locking clip, you will be able to remove the center slide out the sliding rail.

Step 2
Install the center slide to both sides of the chassis, then secure the center slides
with M4*6L screws.
The rackmount chassis

Attention:
1. Put the center slide right next to the chassis. Align the center slide holes to the
chassis＇mounting holes and install all 3 screws for each slide.
2. From all the way out of the cabinet, the rail has front and back sections. Please do
not mix that.
3. Please leave a 10-20mm space gap between the front point of the slide and the
handle of the chassis.
Step 3
Attach the 4 “L＂ brackets on to the 2 outer slide rails. Please do not make it tight so
that it will be adjustable according to the size of the cabinet.

To pull it out of the cabinet
M4 x 6 Screws and washers
1. Please do not tighten it so that the brackets can slide and adjust to the width of the
cabinet.
2. While adjusting, please align the positions of “L＂ brackets on both 2 slide rails.

Step 4 (type1)
Install the latches onto the front-side of the pillar of a rackmount cabinet.
Use M5 x 8L screws to
secure the L brackets onto
the latches (4 places).
Please align the screw
holes on the pillar with the
screw holes on the
brackets.
Attention:
1. Adjust the brackets according to the width of the cabinet.
2. Make sure to align the 2 slide rails on the rackmount and secure the brackets on to the
outer slide rails via screws.
3. Make sure that the 2 sliding rails are at the same height. ( The positions of the screw
holes must be identical as well.)
Step 4 (type2)
Install the latches onto the profile of the pillar of a rackmount cabinet.
Use M5x8L screws to secure the brackets
together with the latches to the cabinet
rackmount. The setup is similar to type 1

Step 5
Install the chassis with center slides to the cabinet by sliding into the outer slides.
1. Pull the outer slide all the way until it
reaches the limit.
2. Install the chassis with center slides to
the cabinet by sliding into the outer slides.
In order to successfully push in, please pull
up the locking clips.

3. Use M5 square locking nuts
that come with the cabinet and
M5 Round-capped Phillips
screws to secure the chassis to
the rackmount cabinet.(4 places)
