HOW TO USE
1. Remove the lter and rinse it with fresh water before use.
NOTE: It is recommended that this lter be replaced once every 1 to 2 months.
2. Remove the water basin from the water fountain and install the lter onto it as seen in the
diagram below.
NOTE: Make sure that the lter cover snaps into place on both sides.
3. Run the power cable attached to the water pump through the cable hole located inside the
water fountain.

4. Add water to the water fountain until the water
level is between the MIN and MAX lines located
on the inside of the water fountain. Replace the
water basin once the water is added.
5. Plug the USB-A end of the included USB cable into the included power adapter.
6. Plug the power adapter into a powered outlet.
7. Plug the other end of the cable into the power cable that runs from the water pump.
8. The water fountain should start immediately.
CLEANING
Cleaning the Fountain
1. Before cleaning the base and other parts, remove
water basin from the water fountain and remove all of
the water inside.
2. Remove the water pump.
3. Clean the water fountain with a dry cloth.
NOTE: It is recommended that the water fountain be
cleaned once a week.

1. Remove the protective cover, spong lter, adjuster piece, impeller shroud, and impeller, in
that order.
2. Clean any debris and hair within the chamber
NOTE: It is recommended that the water pump be cleaned once a week.

NIGHT LIGHT
The night light allows your pet to see the water in the dark. When the water level is low, the LED
on the night light will icker. Once the water level reaches above the top of the water pump, the
LED will become solid.
NOTE: The night light cable can be left inside the water fountain as the cable is waterproof.
FAQ
1. Why is the water pump noisier than before?
A. The water level is too low. Please add water.
B. There is debris on or around the impeller. Please disassemble and remove the debris.
C. The water pump is running idly.
2. How often should I clean the fountain and/or chamber?
It is recommended that the fountain be cleaned once a week. Clean it using a piece of
cleaning cloth with clean fresh water instead of the cleaner.
3. My power adapter feels hot; is that normal?
Yes, it is normal.
4. Is it safe to run the water pump for long periods at a time?
Yes, it is safe. The fountain consumes less than 2 kWh a month even if running 24hrs a day.
5. What materials are the fountain and filters made from?
The fountain and lter are made from imported ABS materials and each comply with the
safety standards of the United States.
6. How often should I replace the filter?
It is recommended that the lter be replaced once every 1-2 months.
