FAQ - Wessling Video Inspection Process
for Rosemount™ Products
1. What is Video Inspection?
We offer a remote service, named Video Inspection. Emerson experts are virtually present to enable an
exchange with you for inspecting the quality, technical specifications and quantity of your order.
2. What can be inspected with the Video Inspection?
Rosemount branded parts: Pressure, Temperature*, DP Level and DP Flow* products.
* Size restraints may vary.
3. What is the price for the inspection ?
The price is 900 EUR/ day for at least 15 units.
4. How does the Video Inspection work? What is required for a Video Inspection?
- Video Inspection works via a broadcast platform (Webex). You will receive an email invitation with a time and
date previously agreed upon, which can be used to join the meeting.
- During the video inspection you (or your representative) will interact with the Wessling experts. After the
inspection has finished you need to send the signed ITP for release and approval.
- Requirements for Video Inspection: Webex guest account, Internet: solid broadband speed
