TENS
Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulator
MIC
Microcurrent
Do not use this device for undiagnosed pain syndromes until consulting a physician.
INDICATION FOR USE
The TENS and MIC modes are often prescribed for:
Symptomatic relief of chronic pain
Post traumatic pain
Post surgical pain
TENS is a non-invasive, drug-free method of controlling pain that uses tiny electrical impulses sent to the nerves to modify your perception of pain. TENS does not cure any physiological problem; it only helps control pain.
MIC stimulation consists of a very low current sent into the cells of the body. The current is so faint it is measured in millionths of an amp (or microamps) and is often not felt by the user. MIC increases energy production in cells of your body and increases tissue healing rates.
Steps 1 – 4 should be performed with the device turned OFF. Once the unit has been turned ON, do not remove electrodes

Adjust intensity by pressing the intensity control s and t buttons. Slowly press the appropriate intensity button control until you reach the setting recommended by your physician or therapist. Repeat for the other channel, if both channels are to be used.
If the stimulation levels are or become uncomfortable, reduce the stimulation intensity to a comfortable level and contact your medical practitioner if problems persist.
In the TENS therapeutic mode, if the electrodes are not placed rmly on the skin or the device is not connected to the electrodes, the stimulator’s output surpasses 12mA and will cancel out by automatically resetting to 0mA.
PROBLEMS WITH YOUR DEVICE? Please see pages 31 of your InTENSity™ Micro Combo Instruction Manual for troubleshooting tips.
