DESCRIPTION: Roscoflamex for Raw Wood is a proprietary, non-durable flame
retardant.
APPEARANCE: Pale Orange liquid that dries clear.
USE: Unsealed raw wood, straw and other cellulose materials that can
absorb liquids. Not for use on wood items that contain bark or pitch.
FINISH: Typically leaves no residue. In
some instances, a fine white
powder may develop based on absorption of the wood treated
APPLICATION: Spray, brush or dip. Perform tests to determine the appropriate
soaking time to achieve an effective treatment. Properly treated material will have increased in weight by 10-20% when dry.
MIX RATIO: Roscoflamex Raw Wood is designed to be used straight out of
the bottle. Do not dilute.
HAZARD: May cause skin and eye irrita
tion on some people. Use in a well
ventilated area.
COVERAGE: Estimated 150-200 square feet per gallon.
DRYING: Allow to dry naturally or using forced hot air.
COMPOSITION: Water soluble inorganic salts. Safe for professional use.
