Room & Board Webster Assembly Instruction

1. Position the full-size frame at desired location in room with the slots in the rails facing the floor. If the bed will be next to a wall, allow enough room for a person to stand between the wall and bed.
2. Position one bed end at the end of the full-size frame with pockets facing the frame. With one person on each side, lift and fit the frame over the bed end’s lower pockets.
3. Repeat previous step with other bed end. Ensure that all rails are securely in place.
4. With a person on each side of the twin-size frame, lift it over the upper pockets of the bed ends. Slip the frame over the pockets on one bed end, then over the other bed end.
5.To secure the full-size frame, insert a 3/4" screw into the guide hole above each of the lower rail pockets.
6. Remove the screws from the full-length guard rail. Position the guard rail on the upper bunk, evenly between each bed end. Slide a C-bracket over the 3" top rail at each end of the guard rail with the holes facing the inside of the bed. Position a nut in between the top and bottom holes in each C-bracket, insert screws and tighten.
7. Remove the screws from the ladder. Position the ladder on the right or left side of the bed. Place the lower clips over the bottom rail, then put C-brackets over the 3" top rail. Making sure the ladder is against the bed end, position nuts between the top and bottom holes of both C-brackets, insert screws and tighten.
8. Position the 3/4-length guard rail on the same side of the bed as the ladder. Attach the end of the guard rail to the vertical bed end. Remove the screws from the 3/4-length guard rail. Slide C-brackets over the 3" top rail at each end of the rail, with holes facing toward the inside of the bed. Position the nuts between the top and bottom holes of both C-brackets, insert screws and tighten.
9. Slide bed into final position.
10. Put full mattress on lower bunk and twin mattress on upper bunk.
