CRIB A S SEMBLY INSTRUCTION S
For MODA Crib
DO NOT USE POWER TOOLS!
Ste p 1: Lay the B ase Pane l on the floor. Place one of the End Panels on the left side of the Base Panel so that the silver metal inserts are facing inward. Use three Decorative Bol ts and Lo ck Washe rs to secure the End Panel to the Base from underneath the Base Panel, but DO NOT tighten the Bolts completely yet. Repeat this procedure on the right.
Ste p 2: Attach one of the S i des to the End Panels with four Decorative Bol ts and Lo ck Washe rs using the enclosed Allen Wrenc h. Place the Bolts through the end slat of the Side and into the End
Panel, but DO NOT tighten completely.
Ste ps 1 & 2 Attac h End Panels and 1 Side
Ste p 3: Screw a Bolt and Lock Washer in each of the top holes of the 4
middle columns of inserts on the End Panels. Leave the bolts sticking out at least an inch. This configuration puts the Mattress in the highest position,
which is the height recommended for newborns. To select a lower position, place the bolts in lower holes. Place the Mattres s Support Platf orm
over the Bolts. The notches in the Platform fit snugly over the Bolts.
Ste p 4: Attach the other Side to the End Panels as in step 2. Now tighten all 18 Bolts on crib completely.

Conversion to To ddler Bed: The crib mattress should be in lowest position (Bolts in the lowest holes.) Remove the front Side by undoing what you did in Step 4. Remember to loosen ALL Decorative Bolts before attempting to remove the Side. Use the bolts and lock washers you removed to attach the Toddler Rail as in Step 4.

months and the maximum weight shall not be greater than 50 lb (22.7kg). The mattress intended for use on the bed shall be a full-size crib mattress having minimum dimensions of 51.625 in. (131cm) in length and 27 ¼ in. (69cm) in width and thickness of no less than 4 in. (11mm) and not exceeding 6 inches (15cm).
Mainte nance: Periodically check to make sure all screws, bolts and fastening devices are tight. Before each usage or assembly, inspect crib for damaged hardware, loose joints, missing parts or sharp edges. DO NOT use crib if parts are missing or broken. DO NOT substitute parts. DO NOT make any alteration to this crib. Cle aning: Mix a mild solution of gentle dishwashing liquid and water, apply to crib surface using a soft, clean cloth, then dry all surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. NO ABRASIVES, SCOURING PADS, STEEL WOOL, OR COARSE RAGS should be used to clean this fine furniture. Sto rag e : A Plasti c Po uch is attached to the crib spring for storage of the assembly instructions for future referral. After completing the assembly, you are advised to read and be aware of all WARNINGS, CAUTIONS, CLEANING, STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE notices contained herein. We caution you not to place excess hardware in the plastic pouch as it could present danger to a child if retrieved and it could also puncture the crib mattress. When storing crib, use CAUTION as extreme temperature or humidity changes could be harmful.

Fall Hazard:
WHEN CHILD IS ABLE TO PULL TO STANDING POSITION, SET MATRESS TO LOWEST POSITION AND REMOVE BUMPER PADS, LARGE TOYS AND OTHER OBJECTS THAT COULD SERVE AS STEPS FOR CLIMBING OUT.
WHEN CHILD IS ABLE TO CLIMB OUT OR REACHES THE HEIGHT OF 35 IN. (90 CM), THE CRIB SHALL NO LONGER BE USED AND THE CHILD SHOULD BE PLACED IN A YOUTH OR REGULAR BED.
