Jake Chair Assembly Instructions

List of parts: 1 - chair frame

1 - leg assembly

List of hardware: 4 - spacers

3 - screws

4 - plastic feet

Tools needed: allen wrench (provided)

1. Rest chair frame upside down on a clean, soft surface so chair seat is level.

2. Place leg assembly upside down so holes on leg assembly match up with
mounting bracket.

3. Slide spacers over each leg as shown in Diagram 1. Be sure the narrower
portion of the spacer is facing up. Place spacers close to chair frame
mounting bracket as shown in Diagram 2.

4. Attach leg assembly to mounting bracket on chair frame using the 3 screws
and allen wrench.Tighten halfway.

5. Slide spacers out as far as they will go as shown in Diagram 3.

6. Fully tighten screws.

7. Insert 4 plastic feet into the ends of legs by hand. Press against floor or use
a rubber mallet to fully set the feet. See Diagram 1.
