III. Operation Procedures for New Car
1. Notes before using the new car
For a new car, large friction force occurs among running components as car traveling. As running-in of the
components, the friction force will gradually reduce. The following notes are proposed for traveling under 3000km
and with the use of these notes, better operational capacity and economy will be gained after the car running-in.
(1) The traveling speed shall not exceed 40km/h.
(2) It is prohibited to driving the car with over-speed and overload.
(3) The transmission oil must be replaced after traveling 2,000 km.
(4) Emergency braking shall be avoided especially during the first 300Km traveling except for emergency
conditions.
2. Actuation switch: there are three positions for the key in the hole:
Lock (locking position)
The key can be extracted from or inserted into the lock cylinder, and if the key cannot rotate in the cylinder, please
try to slowly revolve from left to right.
When the car is traveling, the key cannot be rotated to the “LOCK” position, or the steering wheel will be locked
and accidents may be resulted from this condition.
Three rotation positions of the key
ACC (accessory position)
When the ignition switch is at "ACC" position, only the assistant power supply for radio etc will be controlled. At
that time, even the motor is closed; the user can enjoy the radio.
ON (starting position)
When the key is at this position, the turn control, radio and motor are all switched on, and the users can enjoy radio
and open the hazard signal switch.
The features not controlled by the key, such as headlight, horn, interior lights and width indicator can be directly used without key. Inspect whether the
Page 12
ROMET 4E Electric Vehicle Instruction Manual
8
voltmeter and electricity meter are ample or not.
The key shall not be left in the car with no one or only kids.
3. Start-up operation of Electric Vehicle
The Electric Vehicles can be divided into two pursuant to high and low speeds: one is Electric
Vehicle with low-gear transmission; the other is Electric Vehicle with high-low gear
transmission (option).
As the key is at the start-up position, open the master switch and inspect the road condition in
front and manual braking condition, the user can drive the car only after confirmation for the
above.
① There are three positions for Electric Vehicles with low-gear transmission: Neutral, drive and reverse positions. The control lever is between the two front seats
and the operation procedures are as follows:
(1) When the lever is vertical at the medium position, (2) The leveler is pushed forward to the drive (3) The lever is pushed backward to “R” position.
Page 13
ROMET 4E Electric Vehicle Instruction Manual
9
it is neutral position. At this time, even slowly
engaging the accelerator, this car cannot travel.
position, and the car will travel after engaging the
accelerator under proper conditions.
And this gear can realize reversing the car (the
reversing red indicator will light up).
Operation procedures of the Electric Vehicle:
For the Electric Vehicles with low-gear transmission, the start-up procedures are as follows: 1. rotate the key to the start-up position; 2.
push the control lever to the forward position; and 3. slowly engage the accelerator pedal. Then you can drive the car.
For the Electric Vehicles with high-low gear transmission, the start-up procedures are as follows: 1. rotate the key to the start-up position;
2. press the forward button of the power switch; 3. push the control lever to the low-gear position; and 4. slowly engage the accelerator
pedal. Then you can drive the car.
① No shifting during engaging the accelerator pedal! Slowly engaging the accelerator pedal during start-up can extend the traveling mileage! ② If the front wheel can not rotate during acceleration, the user shall not drive the car, while the possible reason is that the wheel has been immersed in the
deep sandpit or muddy ground, or it may be blocked by something hard. At this time, if the car is forced to travel, the differential may be damaged. Likewise,
when the car is traveling uphill, the braking shall not only depend on braking pedal to prevent reversing, or the transmission case may be damaged. At that time,
the car shall be stopped on the slope with parking brake!
4. Parking brake
For parking braking, lift the manual braking handle (1) with your right hand to brake the car. The user shall first
slightly pull the handle up and use the thumb to press the locking button (2) on the handle top in order to release
the braking handle. Put down the handle (3) and the parking will be released.
If the parking brake is not fully engaged, it is very dangerous to leave the car behind, and your car may
voluntarily move due to environmental factors. If the engine is still running, then the car may suddenly
travel resulting in personal injuries. Thus, you shall ensure your car cannot move and inspect the parking
brake is fully engaged.
Page 14
ROMET 4E Electric Vehicle Instruction Manual
10
Do not shift into high gear or low gear during accelerating. The transmission will be damaged unless you move your foot away from the accelerator pedal before
change gear.
Forwarding and reversing of the car are subject to the switch of “forward” and “reverse”. Move your foot away from the accelerator pedal during switching forward
gear and reverse gear! Otherwise an accident will take place. Be careful!
1. Do not shift into reverse gear as the car is forwarding, the reverse gear is available only when the car is under the condition of shutting down.
2. The car can be forwarding, only when switched on, and the operating arm is shifted into low gear.
3. The ranges of the car can be reduced as a result of using top gear. Suggest using low gear, or the ranges of the car may be shortened.

the sudden move of the seat. Thus, do adjust the driver’s seat only when the car is out of driving.
2. Safety belt (optional)
If you run into car accident without wearing the safety belt, you may get serious hurt. You may run into some part of the car, or be kicked back, or get serious
hurt, or even die in the similar car accident. You won’t get hurt if wearing a safety belt. Wear the safety belt all the time in driving and make sure that your passengers
also fasten their safety belts.
(1) How does the safety belt function?
When you are in any moving object, you will move forward at the same speed with the object. When the object stops suddenly, you won’t stop immediately until
running into some object. You may run into the front windshield, instrument panel or safety belt. If you bump into the belt, you will slow down at the same speed
with the object. You will travel a longer distance in a longer time before stop. The effort born by your strongest bones will protect your other body parts from
collision. That is the significance of the safety belt.
a. Close the door.
b. Adjust the seat to make your upper body sit up straight.
c. Take the safety belt buckle and pull up the belt around you body. Keep the belt in a flat position without twist. The belt may get locked if pulled too fast. In this
case, unlock the belt by slowly pulling the belt back. Then pull up the belt around you body at a slightly slower speed.

convenient position where you can pull the buckle out at any time.
e. Pull down the belt at the end of the buckle and pull up the shoulder belt to strain the crouch belt. The belt shall be fastened as low as possible, clung to your hip and
pulled to your thigh. Your pelvis would bear the effort in case of car collision and your body would not be likely to slip to under the crouch belt. If you slip to under
the crouch belt, you won’t get hurt due to the belt’s effort on you belly. The shoulder belt shall run across the shoulder before running across the chest. And the body
part is the best part to bear the binding force of the belt. The belt would be locked if pulled in emergent brake, collision or out of the fast shrinking device.
Pinch the red release button on the buckle lock device to unlock the belt. The belt shall be kept away from the polish, grease and chemicals and the battery acid in
particular. The belt can be washed with water and soft soap. The belt shall not be twisted or the belt will be abraded. If the belt is abraded or damaged, replace it.
Even if the damage is not obvious after serious abrasion, the whole assembly shall be replaced.
If the belt were fastened in a too loose position, you may get serious hurt. And you may get more serious injury due to too much forward move in the collision.
The shoulder belt shall cling to your body and please wear the belt correctly for your safety.
3.
Rear seat

4. Roof window
The roof window can be kept in three states: fully-closed, forward-opened, and backward-opened.
Fully-closed: make sure that the front and rear fastener close properly. Don’t buckle up falsely, without looseness, or it will damage the window.
Forward-opened: pull back and up the front buckle. It is in a strong ventilation state which is only for fast refreshment of inside air.
Backward-opened: buckle up the front buckles, then open and lock up the rear buckle. It is in a weak ventilation state for slow refreshment of inside air.

VIII. Motor and Controller
1. Motor
(1) A part of the motor heat is transmitted through the motor case. So keep the motor case clean. (2) The motor must cool down naturally if it is too hot.
2. Controller
(1) The cooling device of the controller is aluminum plate. So keep clean. (2) Don’t touch the battery fluid and any other corrosive liquid.
3. Battery
(1) It is normal for the battery to be hot during charging. The battery will cool down naturally after the charging stops or the car stops. (2) There will be “warm frost” in north China in winter. Keep dry during charging and the “white smoke” is
normal when it heats.
4. Charging machine
1. Overheat protection: when the internal temperature is over 75℃, the charging current will reduce automatically; when the temperature is over 85℃, the charging machine will shut down for protection and will automatically restore charging when the temperature drops.
2. Short-circuit protection: when accident short circuit happens in the output of the charging machine, the charging machine will automatically shut down the output. It will restore the charging 10 seconds after the removal of the faults.
3. Reverse-battery protection: when the battery is connected reversely, the charging machine will cut off the connection between the internal circuit and the battery. And there will be no charging and no damage.
The charging machine is equipped with three-hole socket and is applicable for the plug base with ground cable. If the battery doesn’t function well or is damaged, please pull out the power plug and the port of the charging machine immediately and contact with the local dealer. Don’t disassemble the machine. The casual removal of the machine cover may lead to electric shock or other injuries. The machine is equipped with external radiating fin. The radiating area must be kept clean to avoid unsmooth heat radiation which will influence the charging effect. Don’t cool down the machine with cold water when the machine heats.
Keep the space more than 10 cm around the radiator empty to ensure the air is smooth during charging. Don’t put the radiator upside down, or the internal
Page 32

temperature will be too high which will influence the charging process. The air ventilation must be smooth. Don’t cover anything to avoid temperature rise and damage of the internal components. Don’t charge the bad battery or non-chargeable battery.
Don’t wash the motor and controller directly with hydraulic monitor.
IX. Notes
For you safety
The car is for urban citizens. It is of wide internal space, comfortable driving and enjoys fast and sudden turns as ordinary cars. If you find it hard to start, shut off regularly or there is abnormal knocking in the driving motor during acceleration, contact with the local dealer for repair and maintenance immediately.
Before start
1. Check whether the vehicle is in the charging position or not. If yes, cut off the power and detach the charging wire and put away.
2. Check the surrounding environment before entering into the car, such as snow, puddle, space and barriers.
3. Adjust the position and height of the seat and the height of headrest.
4. Adjust the rear mirror inside and outside the car.
5. Lock all the doors.
6. Wear the safety belt.
Safety check before driving
A safety check had better be performed before driving. The several-minute check will improve the driving safety and promote the fun of driving. Please pay attention to the following items:
Car outside
Tire: check whether the tires function well. Carefully check whether there is cut, damage or abrasion. Wheel nuts: ensure that no nut is loose or lost. Leakage: check whether there is leakage of liquids like oil or anti-freezing fluid. Lighting: ensure that headlamps, lamplets, cornering lamps and interior lamps function well.
Car interior
1. The battery surface shall be kept clean. You can use wet towel to clean up the surface dust.
Page 33

29
2. Please go to the authorized sales service store to replace the wiring harness of the controller if there is abrasion.
3. If the car will be parked for a long time, charge and release for a time every week and it will increase the battery life.
4. Have a frequent check of the battery and check whether the installation bolt is loose or not. If yes, screw it up immediately.
During driving:
1) Try to avoid fast turn or sudden brake if possible to avoid out-of-control and roll-over.
2) Overload shall be avoided for it will influence the control of the car, especially when it is climbing on the slope, the motor’s load will increase and the current also increase which will influence the service life of motor and controller.
3) Extreme crosswind will lead to the driving instability of the car. Cut the speed to reduce the effect.
4) Don’t try to get onto the steep slope by drifting. It will lead to skid or roll-over once it is out of control.
5) Try your best to climb up or down slopes straightly. In case that the motor is out of service, don’t turn the steering wheel; you can apply the reverse gear and step on the brake, then try to retreat to a safe place slowly.
6) When the road is in a bad situation or is covered with gravels, cut the speed to get through. The speed cutting will avoid roll-over or skipping stones
Equipped with power battery
The car is equipped with road lead-acid battery special for electrical car. The monomer battery specifications are 8V, 135Ah; 8V, 150Ah; 6V, 180Ah. Different Ah requires different configurations. When the battery needs replacing, ask the professional maintainer to replace with the same-type battery which has similar power to ensure the compatibility. The specific maintenance refers to the Maintenance Manual.
Be sure to check whether the battery pile is loose or not. If yes, fasten it immediately. Or it may cause car burning accident.
Car modification:
Car modification will influence the handling, safety or durability of the car or even violate the law. The damage and problems caused by modification is not warranted by the after-sales service. Besides, modification may also cause out-of-control, car accident or serious damage of the car body.
Installation & use of the electrical equipment
If you want to install electromagnetic equipment like two-way radio communication devices, mobile phones and computers which will produce strong electromagnetic wave in the car, you shall consult the dealer because the electromagnetic wave produced by the above equipment may cause bad interference to the related electrical system. Warning: Don’t install any other electrical equipment with load of more than the rated load or replace the original design, or it will cause danger. If there is any smell like burning, please stop the car and inform the nearest dealer for the check of the car. The safe connection of battery’s positive and negative poles will improve the miles of continuous travel and may reduce the damage to the battery and the entire car. Therefore, check the battery’s positive and negative poles regularly (every 3 months) and tighten the torque (20N.m).

X. Basic Maintenance & Parts Replacement
1. Personal maintenance
If you repair your car without knowing much about the car, your car may be damaged. Make sure that you have adequate knowledge and experience to replace the parts or use tools correctly before trying to do any maintenance by yourself. Make sure that you are using the right nuts, bolts and other fasteners. Misuse of fasteners may lead to the breakage or looseness of parts and you got hurt as a result.
2. Check and replacement of the transmission oil
The transmission oil check had better be performed together with the engine check. The transmission oil should be replaced a time every 2,000 kilometers. The steps are as follows:
1. Remove the plastic refueling screw at the transmission top with wrench
2. Remove the drainage bolt at the transmission bottom counterclockwise with applicable wrench or shifting wrench,
3. Pour the oil into the container and tighten the bolt clockwise after all the oil is drained.
1. Too much or too little transmission oil will damage the transmission. Too much oil will cause overflow while too little oil will accelerate the undue
abrasion of gears. Therefore, regular check is needed and every two months a check is recommended.
2. The transmission oil should be of the right type and misuse is forbidden. The misuse will damage the transmission gears. The right type shall be 85W-90.
3. Refill the oil regularly to keep the oil at a normal level.
3. Brake
The brake fluid container is in the front chamber and near the coolant container. The level of brake fluid in the container shall not be
lower than the position as shown in the picture, or add brake fluid. The brake fluid level drops for two reasons. One is that the oil level
drops to the acceptable position due to the normal abrasion of the brake frictional plate. The oil level will restore after the replacement
of frictional plate. The other is that the brake fluid leaks. In this case, you should get the braking system repaired because the leakage
means that the brake won’t function normally sooner or later or even cause car accidents without braking system.
The wrong type of brake fluid may cause serious damage to the braking system parts. For example: several drops of mineral oil will seriously damage
the parking system part and you will have to replace the part as a result. Don’t use wrong brake fluid. If the brake fluid splashes, clean it up immediately.
4. Battery
If your car is equipped with maintenance-free battery, use as the same type of battery as the original one at the time of replacement.

Push up the release clip at the joint of the blade and the wiper arm and then pull down the blade component towards the glass. You can remove the blade component from the wiper arm. d. Push the new blade close to the wiper arm until a sound of “clatter” is heard, which means the release clip is positioned.
8. Tire without gas
1) If you need to stop the car on the road in this case, try to pull the car away to the right side (or left side) of the road and avoid stop on the pavement.
2) Tighten the hand brake and put the warning triangle in a suitable position at the back of the car (day or night). Note: Warning triangle is kept together with the basic tools.
3) In case of tire burst In case of replacing the tires due to the burst, first you must follow the safety precautions: open the hazard warning flasher. Don’t stop on the main roads and make sure that the car is parked on a flat road which won’t damage the car. Pull the parking brake and place the manual transmission to a reverse position.
9. Vehicle identification number (VIN) The identification number is in the position as shown in the picture.
10. Name plate

The name plate is in the place as shown in the picture.
11. Emergency
1. tire burst
When the tire-changing is needed because of puncturing first of all, we need to follow the safety cautions: turn on the hazard warning flashlight. Pull the car over the
non-vital communication line, or over the level area where will not cause any damage to you and your car. Raise the parking brake, and shift the manual transmission
into reverse gear.
Turn off the engine.
It is dangerous to replace your tire on slope or uneven road.
Block the wheel.
When the car is out of gas, you need to pick up several blocks near the car, and place them against the back wheels so as not to occur any unexpected incidents.
Page 38

2. The use of jack
(1) Place the jack under the strong point of the vehicle, and hook one end of the screw rod with the hook at front-end handle, then one hand on the jack handle, the
other cranking, ultimately the jack will raise gradually.
Place the jack on the solid and level ground as far as possible. Counterclockwise screw each nut of the vehicle one or two circles (screw diagonally). Lift the vehicle
carefully till the tire off the ground completely. Detach the nuts of the vehicle, and then remove the tire.
When only use jack to support the vehicle, do not lie under the vehicle, you should use vehicle support table. When the vehicle is supported, do not start or operate
the engine, and the passengers is not allowed to stay in the vehicle.
(2) Remove the tires
Unscrew the wheel nut by wheel nut wrench, and do not remove the wheel nut for now. Select one strong point to place the jack and then lift the vehicle till the tires
Page 39
ROMET 4E Electric Vehicle Instruction Manual
35
off the ground slightly, remove the wheel nut by nut wrench or hand, and then remove the tire.
(4) Fit tires
Fit four nuts by hand; tighten them till the wheels no longer looseness, put down the wheel slowly, and then alternatively tighten the wheel nuts. The tightening torque is 110±5N. m, do not use foot or pipe to impose additional strength on the wheel wrench, which will make the nut to be too tight.
(5) Upon finishing changing the tire, screw the nuts by torque wrench, in addition, recheck and screw them after driving more than 1000 kilometers. This preventive
action is necessary, which can guarantee the fastness of the wheels. Screw the nuts alternatively and evenly. Do not use oil or lubricating grease on nuts.
Inappropriately tightening the nuts will cause the wheels fall during driving, and the ultimately the vehicle may be out of control.
3. Haul vehicle
(1) Hauling premise
Hauling must be in accordance with the relevant local regulatory.
Romet motors suggest you haul your car by the maintenance personnel; incorrectly hauling will increase the risk of accidents.
(2) Hauling cautions
Use proper facilities so as to prevent any damage to the vehicle while hauling. The transmission and steering mechanism must be able to function properly. Use
applicable haulage chain. During hauling, release the handbrake and shift into neutral gear, turn ignition key to the position of “ACC”. (3)Hauling position
(4) Traction load
a. The weight of the tractor must be more than that of the trailed vehicle. The traction must be less than the weight of the hauling vehicle.
Page 40
ROMET 4E Electric Vehicle Instruction Manual
36
b. Do not add extra vehicles to haul one vehicle. The traction of hauling vehicle include the traction of the trailed vehicle, the total traction is larger than the weight of
the trailed vehicle, the pot hole or wallow will put drag on the hauling, therefore, the traction load increased. The traction load must be minimized. c. During hauling the vehicle by towing hook, keep the angle of traction less then 15°. If the angle is too large, it may damage the vehicle, even cause the vehicle turns 180°.
d. During pulling the vehicle out of sandpile, snow or mud, the mooring rope must be pulled out straightly in front of the vehicle, but the mooring rope and the hook
can not be formed a side angle.
(5) Hauling speed
If in the process of hauling a vehicle which is sunk into a pit or wallow, keep a safe distance from the hauling cable or drag rod. Once the hauling cable is broken,
great danger will happen.
When haul separately excited motor assembled vehicle, the hauling speed must be less than 30 kilometers per hour.
(6) Tractors hauling
(1)incorrect way of hauling
The vehicle can not be hauled as the graphical way of using sling (type A), using sling will damage the front bumper and the front structure.
(2) correct way of hauling
a. If the vehicle equipped with automatic clutch must be towed over 50 kilometers, then during the transporting, all tires must be off the ground (type B or C), or the
back wheels off the ground (type E), showed in the picture.
b. If the engine or the differential is broken, then during the transporting, all tires must be off the ground (type B or C), showed in the picture.
Page 41
ROMET 4E Electric Vehicle Instruction Manual
37
c. Hauling as the front wheels off the ground (type D), move the shift (manual transmission) into the “N” (neutral gear). Loosen the hand lever parking brake.
D. Hauling as the back wheels off the ground (type E), turn the ignition switch into “ACC”, fix the steering wheel in the middle. Do not turn the ignition switch into
“LOCK”. It is dangerous to haul when the steering wheel is in the state of lock up. Do not haul the car from behind (reverse haul) if the 4 tires are all on the ground,
because this will serious damage the engine or differential and in the end cause economic loss.
(3) Check and replace fuse
In the cab, right in front of the passenger seat to the bottom, there is one fuse boxer, and various types of fuse are in it. Unplug the fuse to check if it is in good
condition, as clearly shown in the picture on the right.
Page 42
ROMET 4E Electric Vehicle Instruction Manual
38
If the headlamps or other electrical equipment parts do not work, it is necessary to check the fuse. If the fuse has been burnt out, then replacing is required, there are
two spare fuse in the fuse boxer. Shut down the ignition switch and the parts that do not work, unplug the faulty fuse to check.
If the fuse has been burst out, the new fuse needs to be installed at original location. It can only be installed the fuse which has the same amperage as specified on
the box cover of the original fuse. If there is no equivalent fuse, adopt the fuse with lower amperage, but need to replace a proper fuse as soon as possible, then put
the original fuse back the original clip. It had better buy one set of spare fuse for emergency. If the brand new fuse is burst out immediately, then there is a potential
problem in the electric system. You need to go to Romet motors special service station to conduct maintenance.
Do not use fuse higher than amperes, or any other substance to replace the fuse, otherwise serious damage will result and have a potential risk of breaking out of
fire.

12. Cleaning and Self-maintenance
(1) Washing fluid pot
Glass washer is used to promote the visibility of visual fields. Check the fluid level through the liquid storage pot.
The composition of the air window washing fluid: clean water, hardness is less than 205g/1000kg at normal temperature. Low temperature (﹣18℃±3℃):by 50% methanol aqueous solution. Do not drive without cleanout
fluid.
(2) Brake fluid filler neck
Check if the fluid level in the oil cup is between the high-water mark (MAX) and the low-water mark (MIN). When need to add liquid, only the synthetic brake fluid
DOT4 can be used.
The brake fluid can absorb water. Therefore, if the vehicle is often run in the high humidity area, the frequency of changing the brake fluid is more often than in
usual.
The brake fluid is harm to people and corrosive, if accidental contact, clean relevant part immediately with flushing large amounts of water and neutral soap. If
swallowed, seek medical care immediately.
2. Maintain the light
A. Introductions
Switch the light switch to check if all the lights can function well. If the lights are not lighted, it is often caused by fuse burn-out or bulb ineffective. First of all,
check the fuse; if the fuse is not burn-out, then check the bulb. Checking and replacing the fuse can refer to the relevant content of the “check and replace the fuse”. If
both the fuse and the bulb are in good condition, please drive your vehicle to the Romet motors special service station to conduct maintenance. Check the
maintenance of instrumentation, indicator light/ warning lamp, start the engine to check the function of all instrumentation, indicator light/ warning lamp. If any
problems occur, please drive to the Romet motors special service station to conduct maintenance.

41
(5) Do not use your hand or wear dirty gloves to hold bulbs. The greasy on your hands will affect the next replacement of each bulb. If the surface of bulb glass
is stained, alcohol, ethylene etc. is necessary to clean. Remount after it completely dries.
3. Cleaning
Use a dust collector or a soft brush to clean the interior ornament parts, plastic parts and the dust on seats frequently. Use a clean and soft cloth dipped with some
alkalescent soap to scrub the surface of vinyl-plastics and leathers, and then dry it with a soft and dry cloth. Read Manufacturer’s Instruction before using any
fiber protective agents, some of which contain chemical agents that will stain or fade the seats.
4. Anti-corrosion measures
(1) Most common causes of vehicle corrosion are:
a. Wet fouling, dust or other things left on platelike or cavernous parts, or other parts of the vehicle.
b. Damages of coatings or their protective coverings done by sandstones hitting or minor accident.
(2) Environmental factors that affects the corrosion rate:
a. Damp
The sand, fouling and moisture accumulated on the lower part of the vehicle will accelerate the corrosion. Under the vehicle floor where accumulates ice and
snow is hard to dry.
b. Relative humidity
The corrosion will speed up under the following conditions: regions of high relative humidity; regions where the temperature is above freezing point; regions
affected by air pollutions; regions where crusted with road salt;
c. Temperature
The elevation of temperature will accelerate the corrosion of parts suffering insufficient ventilation.
d. Air pollution
Industrial pollution, the excessive salt in air and overabundance of road salt in coast areas will speed up the corrosion process of the coatings.
(3). Protect the vehicle from corrosion:
Regularly scrub the vehicle, wax it in order to keep it clean; timely check that the coatings have no any minute damage and if have, repair as soon as possible;
keep drain holes located at the bottom of doors and the rear apron unimpeded against accumulating water; Check the lower part of the body and the inner side of the
trunk; if any sand, fouling or salt exist, wash them out as soon as possible; do not apply water tube to wash out the dust, sands or other things inside the passenger car,

and use a vacuum dust collector or a brush instead.
It is not allowed to contact the electronic components with water or other liquids.
5、Self-maintenance
Daily and periodic maintenance is a must to maintain good mechanical properties of the car, the emissions performance and engine performance. The user should
carry out the provisions of the specialized maintenance and general maintenance. As the owner, you are the only one who can guarantee the normal maintenance of
your car. You are one of the most critical maintenance aspects. General maintenance including those items should be checked before normal daily driving,if you want to guarantee your vehicle for continuous normal operation,
this is a basic requirement. Daily use of the vehicle, general maintenance should be conducted regularly, if you notice any abnormal sound, vibration or odor, check
the reasons or rapidly call in the special service station to check. In addition, if you think your vehicle needs repair, please notify Romet motors special service station
Unless there are special provisions, the maintenance of items listed as follows should be timely carried out.
(1)Tire
Use pressure gauge to check tire pressure regularly in the maintenance station. Adjust to the required pressure when necessary.
(2)Wheel nuts
When check the tires, make sure that no wheel nuts is loose. In the initial 1000KM’s driving, regularly check the wheel nuts and tighten if necessary.
(3)Wheels adjusting and balancing
When traveling on a straight and flat road, if the vehicle always deviates to one side, or you are aware of the uneven or unusual wear of tires, it would be
necessary to locate the wheel. When traveling at normal speed, if the steering wheel or seat vibrates, it is necessary to execute the wheel balancing.
(4)Windshield wiper blade
As it is not working properly, check for cracks or wear.
(5)Doors and front hatches
Check if the operations of all doors, front hatches, trunk lid and rear doors are normal, and ensure that all locks are solid. When necessary, lubricate hooks
