Utilities Distribution Unit
The TrustedTM Utilities Distribution Unit comprises a DIN rail mounted MCB and terminal assembly designed to provide power for utility circuits e.g. outlet sockets and internal lighting.
Features
MCB and terminal assembly complete with DIN rail, terminal cross linking, group marker and cover.
Provides up to seven utility distribution circuits. This may be further expanded to 15 if required.
The Unit is protected to IP2X.

1. Description
The TrustedTM Utilities Distribution Unit is shown in Figure 1 below.

Utility supplies are protected by the double-pole MCB and are cross-linked to the triple stack output terminals. Protective earth is provided by bonding the mounting rail to the system protective earth.
The first seven outputs provide L, N and E terminals. These are taken from the upper terminals of the Unit. If subsequent supplies are required, they must be taken from the lower terminals.
Note: Additional EKW2.5 earth terminals will have to be fitted to the rail.

2. Status Indicators

Red window On to indicate that the MCB is closed.
Green window On to indicate that the MCB is open.

3. Installation

The TrustedTM Utilities Distribution Unit is supplied complete and mounted on a TS35 DIN mounting rail.
The DIN rail is slotted to allow the unit to be secured to an equipment sheet or straps with Taptite screws.
