Parts List
4- 7/16” x 1” Bolts
4- 7/16” Washers
4- 3/8” x 1” Hex Bolts with flange washer
6- 1/2” x 1” Button Head Bolts
1. Remove stock bumper
2. If necessary, remove sway bar disconnect to allow bumper to fit
3. Place bumper on the stock frame rails and line it up with the stock mounting
points on top of frame rails
4. Attach bumper to the frame using the 3/8” hex bolts with flange washers at the
mounting holes at the rear of the bumper.
5. Attach Stock recovery shackles->
a. Use the 2 factory Button Head
bolts to attach the shackle.
Put the shackle in the front 2
holes on the bumper. This
allows the shackle to fit.
b. Put the button head bolt in the
unused hole behind the shackle
from the bumper into the
frame rail.

6. Attach Bull Bar to the bumper using two 7/16” x 1” bolts and washers on each
side of the Bull Bar.
7. If desired, attach winch to the bumper using the holes on the bumper and the
hardware provided with the winch
