1. Install support tubes
With the RocknRoller Multi-Cart extended
and both handles raised, install the round
support tubes. Insert the 5/16” low prole
socket head screws into the handle's predrilled holes from the outer edge, so the
support tube in inside the handle. Make
sure each tube is set to the same height
before screwing them in securely.
2. Install long rails
Install the 2 long metal rails to the 39" x 16" main
shelf. Position the rails on the board so the hooked
end sits just past the edge. Insert 6 small Allen bolts
into the shelf from the textured side, and secure each
with a washer and 10 mm hex nut. Do not tighten the
bolts completely yet.
3. Secure shelf
Install the shelf by placing the hooked brackets on
the support tubes. Align the deck pieces together and
tighten all the short Allen bolts completely. The rails
should now be secured to the shelf rmly.
