2 x Long Allen bolt, 52mm 1 x 10mm wrench

1. Find the single hole in the wood shelf,
located along one of the short sides. Position
the wood shelf board so the textured surface
faces down, and the hole is to your left.
4. Raise both handles of the R2 cart while in
the retracted position. Fully extend the cart to
its maximum length. Find the 2 metal brackets
and position them on the outer sides of the
tall handle. The wings on the bracket should
be on top, the holes on the brackets should be
on bottom. Line the holes of the bracket up
with the holes on the handles. Insert the long
Allen bolts, and secure with the large washers
and large hex nuts.
2. Find the metal rail with a push button, and
position the rail on the board so the button is
facing you. Line the holes in the rail up with
the row of holes closest to you and insert 4
short allen bolts from the textured side.
5. Place the shelf onto the cart by inserting
the rails into the brackets, and lining up the
hold along the short side with the hole in the
top of the short handle. Insert the medium
Allen bolt from the top, and secure with the
wing nut.
3. Secure the rail using 4 small washers and
2 small hex nuts. Repeat the process for the
second rail. Both angled ends of the rail
should be on the right, facing up.
