Before Use

Carefully remove your new appliance from its packaging.
You may wish to store the packaging for future use.Otherwise dispose the packaging according
to the local rules on recycling.
Please read this instruction manual carefully and familiarize yourself with your new appliance
before using it for the first time. Please retain this manual for future reference.

• The appliance must never be put in water or other liquids, or come into contact with them.
Do not use with wet or damp hands

• If the appliance should become wet or damp, remove plug from mains socket
immediately. Do not put your hands in the water!

• Use this appliance only for its intended purpose

• Never touch the beaters, dough hooks. When the appliance is operating, don't allow long
hair, scarves etc. to hang down over the accessories when they are in operation.

Specific safety instructions for this appliance

• Never touch the rotating tools while still in motion; always wait for them to stop

• To avoid splashes, always put the whisks or beater right into the material to be beaten
before running

• Never use this appliance to mix or stir anything other than foods.

ELECTRICAL SAFETY

Caution: For your own safety read the following instructions carefully before attempting to connect

this unit to the mains. Before switching on make sure that the voltage of your electricity supply is
the same as that indicated on the rating plate.
This unit is designed to operate on AC 230V 50Hz current only. Connecting it to other power
sources may damage the unit. Do not allow this unit to be exposed to rain or moisture.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• Before using this appliance, read the user instructions carefully

• Keep these instructions, warranty card, purchase receipt and, if possible, the box,
together with inner packaging

• This appliance is only for domestic use, and not for commercial use.

• Always disconnect your unit from the mains when not in use, when inserting and
removing whisks/beater, when cleaning, and in the event of malfunction.

• Remove plug from mains socket (not by pulling on the cable) before any operation.

• Never leave the unit running unattended, to protect children from dangers connected with
electrical appliances.

• Select a working position for your appliance where it is out of reach of children.
Inspect the power cable and appliance regularly. If any defect is found, do not operate.

• Do not attempt to repair the unit yourself, but take it to an authorised repairer.
Defective power cable may only be replaced with an equivalent unit by qualified personnel,
as replacement requires special tools.

• Keep appliance and cable away from direct radiant heat from the sun, from damp, from
sharp edges and other dangers

• Never use your appliance without paying attention! Always unplug the unit when not in use,
even for a moment.

• Insert only original parts (whisks, beater)

HOW TO USE

Before using your appliance for the first time, clean the various accessories of your
appliance carefully.

MANUAL USE

1. Insert the beaters or dough hooks until they are locked into place. Always insert the
accessory equipped with a toothed crown into the opening indicated on the appliance
by a crown which is similarly toothed. (Fig.1)

2. Plug in the appliance.

3. Depending on the quantity to be prepared. Place the ingredients in an appropriate container.

4. Plunge the beaters or hooks into the container and start the appliance by turning the control
knob to the right in position "1"~"5". (Fig.2).

5. The appliance is equipped with a turbo button, which allows you instant access to the full
power of your appliance. (Fig.3)

6. When you have finished using it, reset the control knob to position "0".

7. Unplug the appliance.

8. Eject the beaters or dough hooks by pushing the eject handle. (Fig.4)

AUTOMATIC USE WITH ROTATING BOWL

9. Place the bowl in the stand. (Fig.5)

10. Mount the main unit onto the bracket. (Fig.6)

11. Plunge the beaters or hooks into the container and start the appliance by turning the control
knob to the right in position "1"~"5". (Fig.7)

12. Take out the main unit. Please press the bracket button. (Fig.8)

13. When turn the bracket, you must be press stand button. (Fig.9)

CAUTION:

1. After 5 minutes continuous use, allow a few minutes rest before next use.

2. Do not operate more then 5 minutes at one time.

MIXING GUIDE

SPEED DESCRIPTION

1 This is a good starting speed for bulk and dry foods such as flour, butter

and potatoes.

2 Best speeds to start liquid ingredients for mixing salad dressings.

3 For mixing cakes and quick breads.

4 For creaming butter and sugar ,beating uncooked candy, desserts, etc.

5 For beating eggs, cooked icings, whipping potatoes, whipping cream, etc.

TURBO Same speed "5"

CARE & MAINTENANCE

1. Unplug the appliance.

2. Clean the body of the appliance using only a dump cloth.

3. Clean the beaters or dough hooks under running water or in the dishwasher. Rinse and dry.

4. On completion of using your appliance it is strongly recommended that you clean the
accessories immediately. This will remove any clinging food from the accessories.
Preventing bath drying out of the residue food, making cleaning easier, and the possibility

of bacterial growth.

ELEKTRISCHE SICHERHEIT

Hinweis: vor dem Anschließen des Haushaltsgerätes an das Stromnetz aufmerksam diese

Sicherheitsanweisungen durchlesen. Sich vergewissern, dass die elektrische Spannung des
Stromnetzes die gleiche ist, wie auf dem Geräteschild angegeben ist.
Dies Elektrogerät ist für den Betrieb mit 230 V AC 50 Hz entwickelt worden. Sollte es an irgendeine
andere Stromquelle angeschlossen werden, kann das zu Schäden am Apparat führen. Das
Gerät nicht Regen oder Feuchtigkeit aussetzen.

SICHERHEITSANWEISUNGEN

• Vor der Verwendung dieses Gerätes lesen Sie die Gebrauchsanleitung sorgfältig durch.

• Bewahren Sie die Gebrauchsanleitung, die Garantiekarte, den Kaufbeleg und, sofern

möglich, die Packung mit den Verpackungsmaterialien auf.

• Das Gerät ist nur für den Hausgebrauch und nicht zur kommerziellen Verwendung

vorgesehen.

• Trennen Sie das Gerät stets von der Stromversorgung, wenn es sich nicht in Gebrauch

befindet, wenn Sie die Rührbesen bzw. Knethaken einsetzen oder entfernen, wenn Sie
das Gerät reinigen oder Funktionsstörungen auftreten sollten.

• Ziehen Sie stets den Stecker aus der Steckdose (nicht am Kabel!), bevor Sie mit dem

Gerät hantieren.

• Lassen Sie das Gerät während des Betriebs niemals unbeaufsichtigt. In einem solchen

Fall können elektrische Geräte insbesondere für Kinder zu Gefahrensituationen führen.

• Wählen Sie eine geeignete Position für den Betrieb Ihres Gerätes aus, wo es für Kinder

außer Reichweite ist.
Kontrollieren Sie das Netzkabel und das Gerät in regelmäßigen Abständen. Im Falle von
Defekten nehmen Sie das Gerät nicht in Betrieb.

• Versuchen Sie nicht, das Gerät eigenhändig zu reparieren, sondern bringen Sie es zu

einem autorisierten Reparaturdienst.
Beschädigte Netzkabel können nur von einer qualifizierten Fachkraft durch ein entsprechendes
Kabel ersetzt werden, da hierzu spezielle Werkzeuge erforderlich sind.

• Halten Sie das Gerät und das Kabel von Hitzestrahlung (z. B. durch die Sonne), Feuchtigkeit,

scharfen Kanten und sonstigen Gefahren fern.

• Seien Sie beim Gerätebetrieb stets achtsam. Ziehen Sie stets den Gerätestecker, wenn

sich das Gerät - auch kurzzeitig - nicht in Betrieb befindet.

• Setzen Sie nur Originalteile (Rührbesen und Knethaken) in das Gerät ein.

• Gebrauchen Sie das Gerät nicht im Freien.

• Das Gerät darf niemals in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten gelegt werden oder damit in

Kontakt kommen. Gebrauchen Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn Ihre Hände nass oder feucht
sind.

• Wenn das Gerät nass oder feucht werden sollte, ziehen Sie sofort den Gerätestecker aus
der Steckdose. Halten Sie keinesfalls Ihre Hände in das Wasser!

• Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur für den vorgesehenen Zweck.

• Fassen Sie die Rührbesen und Knethaken niemals während des Betriebs an und achten
Sie darauf, dass sich keine langen Haare, Schals oder Ähnliches in diesen Zubehörteilen
verfangen können, wenn diese in Betrieb sind.

Spezielle Sicherheitshinweise für dieses Gerät

• Berühren Sie niemals die rotierenden Geräteteile, solange sich diese noch in Bewegung
befinden. Warten Sie stets, bis sie sich nicht mehr drehen.

• Halten Sie die Rührbesen bzw. die Knethaken stets in die in der Schüssel befindlichen
Zutaten, bevor Sie das Gerät einschalten, um ein Herausspritzen zu vermeiden.

• Dieses Gerät darf ausschließlich zum Mischen und Verrühren von Lebensmitteln und nichts
anderem verwendet werden.

GEBRAUCH

Vor der erstmaligen Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes reinigen Sie die verschiedenen

Zubehörteile sorgfältig.

HANDBETRIEB

1. Schieben Sie nach Bedarf die Rührbesen oder die Knethaken in das Gerät ein, bis sie in

ihrer Position einrasten. Setzen Sie dabei stets das mit einer gezahnten Krone versehene
Zubehörteil in die Öffnung ein, die am Gerät durch eine ähnlich gezahnte Krone
gekennzeichnet ist (Abb. 1).

2. Stecken Sie den Gerätestecker in eine Steckdose.

3. Geben Sie die Zutaten entsprechend der zuzubereitenden Menge in ein geeignetes

Behältnis.
