General Instructions
Powering On Your Phone
Press and hold <>to turn your phone on and off. This key is also the <END> key and is located to the right of the 4-Way Navigation key on your phone.
Answering Calls
To answer an incoming call, open the flip. Press <SEND> if necessary.
The <+> Sign
The <+> sign is obtained by pressing and holding the <0> until it appears on the display.
Inserting/Removing SIM from Handset
1. With the back of the phone facing you, press the release button and pull the cover off. Remove the battery.
2. Insert/remove the SIM.
3. Replace the battery and phone cover to the back of the phone.
Manually Select a Network
NOTE: Not all networks support data services, customers using data services may need
to manually select a network that supports data. Visit www.sprint.com/international
for information on data coverage, and a list of carriers which support data in the country
you are traveling.
1. Press the Menu key
2. Select Settings
3. Select Network
4. Select Available Networks
5. Scroll to desired network
6. Select View
7. Select Register
