CARA PEMASANGAN
PERIKSA AKSESORIS SEBELUM PEMASANGAN
1.PERHATIAN SEBELUM PEMASANGAN 2. PERSIAPAN SEBELUM PEMASANGAN
1. Check kekuatan dinding, pasang tudung hisap pada
dinding yang dapat menahan berat tudung hisap (15.0 kg).
(1). Dinding Kayu.

• Bila tebal dinding lebih dari 20 mm, bisa dipasang
langsung ke dinding.
• Bila tebal dinding kurang dari 20 mm, pasang penguat
terlebih dahulu, kemudian pasang pada
penguat tersebut.
(2). Dinding Beton
• Pasang penguat kedinding atau menggunakan screw
fisher.
(3). Dinding Bata
• Pasang penguat pada tiang
2. Standard Pemasangan
Standard pemasangan tinggi 1600 mm dari
lantai, dan 800 mm dari kompor gas.(Gambar No.1).
1. Pasang Casing Support
Pasang L bracket casing support dibagian
atas casing dengan 4 buah screw. (Gambar
No. 2)
(Buka dahulu screw dari casing sebelum
pemasangan).
2. Pemasangan Exhaust
Untuk :
RH-60V / RH-71V / RH-90V
RH-60VI / RH-71VI / RH-90VI
RH-60EV / RH-71EV / RH-90EV
RH-60EVI / RH-71EVI / RH-90EVI
Pasang soft tape ke exhaust, pastikan masuk
kedalam bagian casing yang berongga,
kemudian putar searah jarum jam sampai
berh ent i kem udi an ke nca ngk an/p asa ng
dengan 1 buah screw. (Gambar No. 3)
(Buka screw dari body sebelum digunakan).
3. PEMASANGAN TUDUNG HISAP
1. Gunakan Casing Support (L-Bracket)
1. Pasang screw fisher ke dinding
Pasang screw fisher (Ø5,1 x 25) pada
posisi sementara pemasangan 5 mm dari
permukaan dinding.
(RHS, LHS masing-masing 1 buah)

2. Pemasangan Casing (Gambar. No. 5)
1. Masukan lubang penggantung casing
support pada screw fisher.
2. Kencangkan screw casing dengan kuat.
3. Kencangkan dengan kuat screw fisher
(Ø5,1 x 25) pada dinding.
2. Pemasangan langsung pada langit-langit
1. Pasang screw fisher ke langit-langit (Ø5,1 x
25) pada posisi sementara pada langit-langit
(R/L masing-masing 1 buah) 5 mm dari
permukaan langit-langit. (Gambar No. 6)
3. Pemasangan Casing pada langit-langit
(1). Gantung casing pada langit-langit
dengan screw fisher pada lubang
penggantung yang terdapat di
bagian atas casing.
(2). Kencangkan screw fisher

5. PERCOBAAN PENGOPERASIAN
1. Electric Supply
Masukan steker listrik ke stop kontak.
2. Percobaan Pengoperasian
Coba fungsi dengan menekan masing-masing tombol,
periksa kondisi exhaust dan kondisi suara getaran.
1. Ketika akan memasang , perhatikan bahwa tidak boleh bersentuhan dengan metal part (Bagian dari dalam
dinding atau sebagainya di dalam rumah).
2. Jangan memasang atau mengencangkan body tudung hisap di dalam dinding karena akan menyebabkan kebocoran arus listrik, apabila
penguat dalam dinding bersentuhan dengan casing tudung hisap.
3. Gunakan selalu kompor yang cocok lebarnya dengan tudung hisap.
4. Jangan pernah memakai tudung hisap dengan tombol modifikasi, dll.
5. Pembuangan udara dari lubang pembuangan seharusnya tidak mempengaruhi kondisi api dari pada kompor.

INSTALLATION MANUAL FOR COOKER HOOD
1. Check strength of wall, please install cooker hood to wall
which can hold weight of product. (15.0 kg).
(1). Wooden Wall
• When the thickness of wall is more than 20 mm,
install to wall directly.
• When the thickness of wall is less than 20 mm, fix
reinforcement first, then install cooker hood to
reinforcement.
(2). Concrete, Tail Wall
• Fix reinforcement to wall or use curl plug.
(3). Soil Wall
• Fix reinforcement to pillar first
2. Standard way of installation
Standard installation height of cooker hood 1600 mm
from floor, and 800 mm from gas cooker. (Fig.1).
3. INSTALLATION OF COOKER HOOD
1. Using Casing Support (L-Bracket)
1. Thrust screw fisher into wall.
Thrust screw fisher (Ø5.1 x 25) to
temporary position of fixing at fig. -1
(RHS, LHS each 1 pc) 5 mm from wall
surface. (Fig. 4)
2. Install Casing (Fig. 5)
1. Fix hang hole of casing support
with screw fisher.
2. Tighten screw of casing firmly.
3. Tighten screw fisher of wall firmly
(Ø5.1 x 25)
4. CONNECTING DUCT PARTS
For : RH-60V/RH-71V/RH-90V
RH-60VI/RH-71VI/RH-90VI
RH-60EV/RH-71EV/RH-90EV
RH-60EVI/RH-71EVI/RH-90EVI
• Connect exhaust and exhaust duct by
using Ø150 flexible duct. (Fig. 10)
• Do not use too long flexible duct because
pressure can reduce.
5. TRIAL OPERATION
1. Electric Supply
Insert electric power plug to outlet.
2. Trial Operation
Try the function by pushing each switch button, check
exhaust condition and whether there’s vibration noise.

1. Fix casing support
Fix L-Bracket casing support to upper part of
casing by 4 pcs of screw surely. (Fig. 2)
(Please take out screw which is fixed to body)
2. Fix Exhaust
For : RH-60V/RH71V/RH-90V
RH-60VI/RH-71VI/RH-90VI
RH-60EV/RH71EV/RH-90EV
RH-60EVI/RH-71EVI/RH-90EVI
Put soft tape to exhaust, insert exhaust to
notch part of casing surely, and then turn it
clockwise until stop, fix by 1 pc od screw. (Fig.3)
(Please take out screw which is fixed to body)
3. Install casing on ceiling
(1). Hang the casing on the ceiling
with screw fisher through the
hang hole of upper part of
casing.
(2). Tighten screw fisher (Ø5.1 x 25
2 pcs.) to wall through hang
hole of back of casing surely.

(3). Tighten screw fisher to ceiling
surely. (Fig. 8)

INSTALLATION MANUAL FOR COOKER HOOD
1. When install cooker hood, be careful that the cooker hood does not come in contact with any metal parts (the lath in the wall or the like)
of the house.
2. Do not install or mount the body of the cooker hood inside the wall because leakage current, if any, on the steel mesh inside the wall will
come in contact with the casing.
3. Use gas cooker within the width of cooker hood.
4. Do not use cooker hood by modifying switch, etc.
5. Exhaust air discharges from air discharge outlet shall not affect the flame of gas cooker.
