Troubleshooting
No sound at power on
No sound when playing rhythm
No sound on keyboard
Problem Remedy
Is the AC plug connected? Is the Master Volume slider turned up? Are a set of headphones plugged in? Are the cables connected properly? Is the expression pedal turned up? Are the rhythm volumes turned up?(See page29-30) Is the local control is set to OFF(Page37)? Is the volume of the keyboard voice at minimum level? Is the local control is set to OFF(Page37)? Are a set of headphones plugged in? Is the expression pedal turned up?
No sound from the keyboard percussion
Some notes seem cut out
The instrument plays in the wrong key Noise is heard when playing
Peculiar sound when releasing a key The key s sensitivity is not good for me Change the sensitivity on Touch function(See page 37)
There is no reverb or chorus effects The USB disk is not work correctly The foot switch does not work
Cannot see the file name in the USB disk
Is the keyboard percussion turned on? Is the rhythm volume(and percussion volume, rhythm part1,2 volume. See page 29-30) turned up? The maximum polyphony is 64, but the effects (reverb,
chorus etc.) will use some of them if there is a lack of polyphony switch off effects button.
Check Transpose setting and Master Transpose setting
I s there any electronic machine(TV, mobile phone, radio , etc.) nearby.
The lead voice works in mono mode, this can result in notes re-sounding if played as a chord.
Check the level setting. Check the Effect button is lit ( turned on) Format it on computer or try another Check the setting(footswitch setting on page32,regshift setting on page30 ) USB only supports the files on root directory.Do not have too many files on root directory.
