Notices to Usage

After the OCXO module is installed, power it on and start up the spectrum analyzer. During the start-up process, the spectrum analyzer recognizes the OCXO module automatically and synchronizes with the OCXO module. Note that at this point, no external sync signal is allowed to be connected to the spectrum analyzer.

Press System About System Option Info. If the instrument interface shows that the OCXO-C08 option is activated, the OCXO module and the spectrum analyzer are successfully synchronized. If it is failed to be activated, the synchronization fails.

CAUTION

After the OCXO module is installed on the spectrum analyzer, the OCXO module will still be working if you only turn off the Power key on the front panel without cutting off the AC power supply on the rear panel. Therefore, please cut off the AC power if you do not use the spectrum analyzer for a long period of time.
