1.1 Description of MLC-1100 I. The MLC-1100 is the controller of RC-2000 RC-2100 RC2200 Display. II. Control Standby/On-Air on each Display Unit. III. Contain 3 ( 25 pin, female) TALLY IN ports. 2 RS232 ports and 36
RJ-45 ports.
IV. Connects up to 72 Display Units (RC-2000) by 2 linked controller
(MLC-1100).
V. Providing an RS-232 port to connect PCPowerful software and
hardware for editing. VI. Tally manager Program for editing in Windows XP and Win 7 VII. Dimensions: 480×143×44mm (1U)

System Configuration:
When switches are ”ON ”, MLC-1100 is master controller. It Connects RC-2000 ID01~ID36
When switches are OFF , MLC-1100 is the slave unit.
It has to link master controller and connects RC-2000 ID37~ID72
Notice:
It requires an USB to DUB 9 PIN cable between PC and MLC-1100 system.
Please ensure you have already installed the USB driver. It’s a necessary
step before you start.

2.1 Description & Editing TALLY DISPLAY
Provide WINDOWS XP & 7 drivers for user easy to set up and control the System. Through the RS 232 interface from PC
2.2 Run
1. Start the Tally V2.0 driver, Run Tally_ver2.EXE
2. If there are any errors or cannot be ran on this pageplease loan or re-instal Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 2 from Microsoft Web site

STEP 2: Select “ connect “
Press “ connect” in this screen STEP 3: Select TALLY DISPLAY ID
Click mouse select any numbers you want to edit in
TALLY DISPLAY ( ID01~ID72 )
STEP 4: Set the font of TALLY
Select any types of font through WINDOW systemkey in
words into“ Input Text”block

STEP 5: Set the Display content
1. Show the content what you key in to the Input Text
2. Change the position through the function keys (Left, Right, Up, Down)
3. Changes any contents if user requires in this section
STEP 6: Send alone Press ”Send ”buttonthe system sends alone the content
which you sho content which shows on the TALLY DISPLAY ID
STEP 7: Send in a group
Press Send ALLbuttonthe system sends contents in a group contents wh group which shows in the TALLY DISPLAY ID
STEP 8 : Sleep Mode
Press ”Sleep” buttonall of Displays will be turned
“Wake Up” button backing to Sleep mode

STEP 9 : Set Rolling Message Sign :
1. Choose directions (Left, Right) and Speeds (speed:0~speed:2) of Rolling Message Sign
2. Press MarqueeOption button to ensure setting up ready
Start Rolling Message Sign
3.In your TALLY ID what you choose, Select “Marquee” to starting
RollingMessage Sign function
4. Remove “Marquee” to stop Rolling Message Sign function
STEP 10: Load & Save
1. Clicks “SAVE”,the system saves the data in a BIN format。
2. Clicks “LOAD”,load your BIN format what you save in the system。
