If a large pressure, like when a roll of paper is dropped, is applied to the front cover (Index
21) of the 3rd Roll Feeder when it is opened, the right and left side plates (Index 9 and 10)
may become deformed. The guide plate (Index 3), which is in the paper path, is deformed
towards the front side. This increases the width of the paper path. This may cause paper
jams at the entrance of the cutter unit.
A support plate has been added to the right and left side plates to make them stronger by
10 kgf each (20 kgf for both sides combined).
