R3150N Series
36V Input VD with Delay Function or SENSE pin
The R3150N Series are CMOS-based 36V input voltage detector ICs. Since the maximum input voltage of R3150N is 36V (absolute maximum rating: 50V) and R3150N has high voltage accuracy and low supply current, it is suitable for car battery voltage supervisor. There are two versions: A/B versions provide VDD pin detection and E/F versions provide SENSE pin detection. Detector threshold and Release voltage can be specified separately. Both the detector threshold accuracy and the release voltage accuracy are ±1.5%.
The detect output delay time and the release output delay time (Power-on Reset Time) can be set by a pin. The output types are Nch open drain "L" output and Nch open drain "H" output. SOT-23-6 package is available.
