In addition to its conveniently compact design,
the Caplio 300G's rugged construction
includes dust-resistant reinforced glass for
lens protection and shielding for other key
mechanisms. So
it’s protected for
active use.

Underwater use with water and dust
resistance.

Thanks to dependable water resistance
(equivalent to JIS Prodection Class 7), the
Caplio 300G can be used in 1m depth water,
and is also ideal for use in rain or humid areas.
In addition, reliable dust resistance (JIS
Protection Class 6) prevents dust or sand from
getting inside the body.

*The Caplio 300G can take photos underwater, at a depth of one
meter or less, for up to 30 minutes.

The shutter button and other switches are
large enough to operate even when wearing
gloves. User-friendly color coding makes
operation
even easier.

Reliable power
when you need it most.

The Caplio 300G operates on an optional
high-capacity lithium-ion battery, regular AA
alkaline batteries or AA nickel metal hydride
batteries, or an AC adapter. This wide selec­tion eliminates power source concerns.

Equipped with a specially designed energy­saving drive mechanism, the Caplio 300G's
amazingly long battery life allows the camera to
take up to 3,500 shots. This means you can
shoot all day without fear of battery failure —
the last thing you want in heavy-duty operation.

*A maximum of 3,500 shots under continuous counting mode
(640 x 480, flash off, without zoom, LCD off) using
rechargeable lithium-ion battery DB-43. This number may vary
depending on shooting conditions.

2-point neck strap. This makes portability
easier and helps reduce

around the neck.
