DETAILS OF MODIFICATION
If the bins are pulled out strongly, the bin s ma y somet imes
be dislodged. This may cause a bin senso r ma lfu nction.
To correct this, the production machines have been
modified as follows:
1. Two bin holding plates have be en moun te d on the front
frame.

2. For these plates six screw holes and four hold er
stoppers have been made on th e fro nt frame.
However, the part number of the front frame

DETAILS OF MODIFICATION
It is reported that when installin g the sort er stapler, it is difficult to lower the screw stan d [A ] because the base plate [B] obstruct s
inserting the pliers.
To facilitate servicing, ea ch screw sta nd is lonered and a busing [C] is inserted bet ween the nut and the mach ine bot to m .
As the stands are lonere d, the levelin g shoes have been changed to thin ne r o nes .
The old leveling shoes cannot be inse rted between the stands an d th e floor.

DETAILS OF MODIFICATION
The jogger stroke is a few millimeters less than the expe cte d value due to play between each gear. (illu stra tio n A)
To return the jogger arm to the correct home posit ion , a spring and a washer are added to the jog ger unit . (illu stra tion B)
Due to this modification a hole was ma de on th e jog ge r bracket (A3544315) to hook th e spring end. (The part number of th e bracket
has not been chagned.)
When installing the sprin g an d wash er on a machine which does not have them, please change the jogger bra cket (A3544315).
