DETAILS OF MODIFICATION
The decal shown below has been applied to the toner collection bottle to instruct customer
engineers on proper handling. Also, a 4 language decal set (German, French, Italian, and
Spanish) has been added to the new part to replace the English decal as occasion calls. The
English and 4 language decals have been registered as service parts individually.

When the customer pulls the development unit out without lifting the release lever
(above illustration " A "), the development unit hits the release lever. If the unit is
pulled too strongly, the release lever sometimes may damaged. To prevent this
problem, the development guide rail and the lock plate of the same type as the
F85/F90 (instead of the aid guide ) have been added as shown above. Also, the
stopper plate has been removed.

To ensure the adhesion of seal between the sensor holder and toner
collection bottle, the thickness of the seals (Holder Both Side Tape and seal
- 15x26x3) have been increased by around 2mm.
Also, the shape of the holder both side tape has been changed because of
part standardization with other models.
