DETAILS OF MODIFICATION
When a clear modes key is pressed too hard, the key top may catch under the lip of the operation panel. To increase durability of this key, two studs (four studs in total) have been added to the switch actuator of the clear modes key as shown. This modification supersedes F11 MB No.8.
Note : This problem has occured only with the clear modes key in the Japan domestic version machines. This is because the clear modes key is also used as the pre-heat key in the domestic version machines, and the customer has to hold down key for more than 2 seconds to access the pre-heat mode. Customer who is unfamiler with this mode sometimes press the key too hard and it breaks.
