We found that the following problem may occur in the field. We would like to inform you of the troubleshooting in the field.
[ Phenomenon]
The exhaust fan motor (P/N AX020033) may make noise or the fan motor sometimes cannot rotate.
[Cause]
The bushing in the exhaust fan contains oil-soaked felt. The oil acts as a lubricant between the fan shaft and the bushing. When the temperature around the fan rises, the oil may break down and this may cause the shaft and bushing to lock.
[ Solution]
To prevent this problem, the felt was removed from the bushing and the material of the bushing was changed from metal to resin. (Oilless system)
The new resin type bushing (P/N A0065861) is resistered as a service part. The old type bushing and the new type bushing are interchangeable.
Please install this new bushing in any field machines with the problem.
