carefully. This product should only be
used for its intended purpose, failure to
do so could cause damage to the
machine, personal injury and could
invalidate the warranty.
ASSEMBLY
1. Assemble the mixer frame utilising:-
a)the sub frame
b)axel
assembly
c)front leg
d)Wheels
Bolt all items
securely
together with
the bolts
provided.

2. Bolt the bottom
section of the
mixing drum to the
base frame.
Ensure the small
spline is at the
wheel end.
3a. Bolt on the
round slotted tilting
handle retainer.
3b. Bolt on the
tilting handle
inserting the
retaining spring.
3c. Screw in the lifting handle on the
end.
4a. Attach the motor
housing at the top.
4b. Insert and attach the
motor mounting plate
ensuring the spacer and
securing plate are put on
the outside.
Do not tighten these
bolts at this stage as
they are part of the drive
belt tensioning system.

5a. Insert the drum
pulley on the
keyway spline
SQUARELY &
FIRMLY and lock
in place. Check the
keyway & pulley
hole are clean.
5b. Bolt the motor on to the motor
mounting plate.
5c. Pass the drive belt over the drum
pulley and motor pulley.
5d. The motor now attached to the motor
mounting plate can be adjusted to ensure
that the drive belt is well tensioned and
the bolts shown 4b. tightened.
6. Bolt on the switched
cover to the motor
housing box.
7. Bolt into the
drum base the
two mixing
paddles.
8a. Position the
sealing gasket on
the lip of the mixer
drum base lining up
the fixing holes. To
aid positioning use a
contact adhesive to
hold the gasket in
position.
8b. Mount and bolt
the mixing drum top
to the mixing drum
base.
USING THE MIXER
a) Ensure the mixer is positioned on a
solid flat surface before use.
b) DO NOT overload the mixer at any
time.
c) The mixer should not be filled beyond
50% of the drum capacity at any time.
d) DO NOT attempt to move the mixer
with any contents in the drum.
e) Ensure the drum is rotating prior to
putting any contents to be mixed in
the drum.
f) DO NOT stop and or start the mixer
when the drum has mixing contents in
it.
g) Ensure that when you have finished
with the mixer the drum is thoroughly
cleaned and dry.
h) Regularly grease the moving parts of
the mixer.
i) Re-tighten drive belt after the first
10hrs of use to allow for running in.
j) The drive belt should be checked and
if required adjusted regularly.
k) DO NOT leave mixer running whilst
unattended at any time.
