The effective ambient air temperature must be between -20 °C and + 43 °C
The temperature of the water entering the heat pump must not exceed 60 °C
On very cold days the built-in electric boiler or another heat source may be connected
(see the bivalence points on the chart below)

Important Information
1. In the case of using water or simply an additive mixture, it is necessary to
ensure the continuous operation of the circulator that causes the water to flow through the LWRc-8kW. It is recommended to use a 5% industrial ethanol as an additive mixture based on its extending of the freeze function and the radical reduction in the tear strength of the ice.
2. When operating at low temperatures, the unit automatically provides defrosting,
which is accompanied by the drainage of the defrosted air-humidity condensate in a volume of 0–1 litres per hour.
3. The device comes equipped with a heating cable that is in operation during
defrosting. It is functional to lead the heating cable loop into a sewer or a drainage outlet, for example.
4. In the event of the accidental occurrence of poor drainage of the condensate and
the subsequent freezing of the heat pump, it is necessary to defrost the device by means of a brief external intervention, e.g. using a tent and a heat gun.
It is necessary to protect the heat pump at the inlet of heating water by a regularly cleaned filter
5. It is possible to purchase an installation kit (USP) for the heat pump that
implements both a protective and an operational function. When installing it into an existing heating system with the possibility of the temperature reaching more than 60 °C, its use represents a condition for granting a warranty for the heat pump.
