2. Setting volume

To set volume, adjusting [ ] [ ] button in standby
mode(Level 1 is minimum sound level while Level 8
maximum).

3. Automatic scan

Pressing and holding [ ] button for three seconds
allows to activate automatic scan. To cancel, simply
press [ ] button once again.

4. Monitoring

Monitor button [ ] can be pressed for three seconds
to activate the function of monitoring. To stop
monitoring, simply press [ ] button once again.

5. Changing channel

Every device contains its corresponding legitimate
channels in a country. Please make sure that two
radios operate on the same channel in order to talk
with each other.
To change a channel, press [ ] button to choose a
desired channel and then press PTT button to confirm
it.
This product provides one-way communication. In
other word, it cannot receive messages when
transmitting.
This equipment operates on public frequencies.
Note: Please check that current channel is available
before any transmission.

6. CTCSS/DCS

Pressing [ ] key twice and then [ ] or [ ] key
allows to choose a desired CTCSS/DCS code, which

Press and hold [ ] key for three seconds to turn on
your radio. The radio will bleep at the moment that the
screen is light.
To turn it off , Press and hold [ ] key for three
seconds.

reduces the chance of using the same channel.

7. VOX

VOX allows user to make transmission without
pressing PTT button. Your radios will send out the
voice when you are speaking into the microphone.
There are three levels of VOX. Press [ ] button
three times until the VOX icon shows on the screen
and OF icon blinks. Press [ ] [ ] key to set up
sensitivity level(Level 1-3) and then press PTT to
confirm your change. The default is the setting that
VOX function is off.

8. Call tone

The option diversifies users’ call tones. Press [ ]
button four times until CALL icon appears on the
display and current number flickers. To set, press
[ ] [ ] button to select one desired from 10 kinds
of call tones and then press PTT to confirm the
change. Call tone is set to 01 by default. In order not to
inconvenience each other, a user and his/her
companion can choose one from 10 tones contained in
the radio. Quickly press PTT to send out the call tone
so that receiver get the call from the sender only when
two sides are on the same channel.

9. Timeout timer (TOT)

When the radio is set TOT to 30/60 seconds, the radio
will cease to make transmission after 30/60 seconds.
Press [ ] button five times until 60 TO appears on
the display. Then press [ ] [ ] button to select 60
seconds, 30 seconds or OF. Press PTT to confirm the
change of setting.

10. Roger beep

Roger beep means the end of transmission, which
means the transmitter finishes talking. The radio
sends out the tone when PTT is released.
Press [ ] button six times until ON RO appears on
screen. Press [ ] [ ] button to select the setting
ON or OFF.

11. Keypad tone

Pressing [ ] button six times is an option for key
tone. Pressing [ ] or [ ] button enables or
disables current keypad tone.

12. Dual Channel Monitoring(DCM)

The function of DCM allows a user to monitor two
channels. With the radio on, two channel blink in the
display. DCM OF appears in the display after [ ]
button is pressed for eight times. Press [ ] or [ ]
button to select ON or OF and then press PTT to
confirm the setting.

13. Memory function

Due to memory function, there is no need to reset
channel when radio or power is off.

14. Factory Reset

When holding [ ] button, remove a battery and then
release the [ ] button.

1. Ein-und Ausschalten

Halten Sie die Taste [ ] gedrückt, bis die
LCD-Anzeige aktiviert und gleichzeitig einen Ton
“Piepton” zu hören. Halten Sie die Taste [ ] nochmal
gedrückt, um das Walkie Talkie auszuschalten.

2. Lautstärkeeinstellung

Wenn das Walkie Talkie sich im Standby-Modus
befindet, bitte drücken Sie die Taste [ ] oder [ ] ,
um die Lautstärke einzustellen.

3. Automatische Scan-Funktion

Halten Sie die Taste [ ] gedrückt, um die
Scan-Funktion zu aktivieren. Drücken Sie die Taste
[ ] , um diesen Scan-Vorgang zu beenden.

4. Monitor

Halten Sie die Taste [ ] gedrückt, um die
Monitor-Funktion zu aktivieren, halten Sie die Taste
[ ] gedrückt, um die Monitor-Funktion zu
deaktivieren.

5. Kanaleinstellungen

Drücken Sie die Taste [ ] einmal und die
Kanalnummer (z.B. 01) blinkt, und drücken Sie dann
die Taste [ ] oder [ ] , um den gewünschten
Kanal einzustellen, drücken Sie die PTT-Taste, um die
Änderung zu bestätigen.
Das Walkie Talkie ist ein Simplex Gerät, d.h. Es kann
beim Senden nicht empfangen werden.
Das Walkie Talkie ist eine öffentliche Frequenz, bitte
stellen Sie sicher, dass die Geräte auf gleichen Kanal
und CTCSS sind, wenn Sie mit andern Personen
sprechen möchten.
Hinweis: Bitte bestätigen Sie, dass der Kanal vor dem
Senden nicht belegt wird.

6. CTCSS/DCS

Drücken Sie die Taste [ ] zweimal, blinkt die aktuelle

Nummer, und drücken Sie dann die Taste [ ] oder
[ ] , um den gewünschte Code auszuwählen. Die
Verwendung von CTCSS/DCS kann verhindern, dass
das Funkgerät durch irrelevante Signale gestört wird.

7. VOX Funktion

Der Benutzer braucht nicht die Taste PTT zu drücken,
um die Übertragungen zu senden.
Das Gerät verfügt über 3 VOX-Stufen.
Drücken Sie die Taste [ ] dreimal, wird ein VOX
Symbol angezeigt, und blinkt "OF". Drücken Sie die
Tasten [ ] oder [ ] , um die VOX-Empfindlichkeit
einzustellen, drücken Sie die PTT-Taste, um die
Änderung zu bestätigen. Die VOX-Funktion ist
standardmäßig deaktiviert.

8, Rufton

Drücken Sie die Taste [ ] viermal, wird “CA”
angezeigt, blinkt die aktuelle Nummer 01. Drücken Sie
die Tasten [ ] oder [ ] , um den gewünschten
Rufton auszuwählen. Drücken Sie die PTT-Taste, um
die Änderung zu bestätigen. Es gibt 10 verschiedene
Ruftöne. Die Benutzer kann Ihre eigenen gewünschten
Klingeltöne auswählen, um Unannehmlichkeiten für
die andere Partner zu vermeiden. Drücken Sie
zweimal kurz die PTT-Taste, um einen Rufton zu
senden. Der Empfänger muss sich auf dem gleichen
Kanal wie der Sender befinden, damit der Empfänger
den Rufton vom Sender empfangen kann.

9. TOT(Time-out Timer)

Wenn Sie die Sendezeit 30s oder 60s eingestellt
haben, wird das Senden nach 30s oder 60s
